They ended up charging us almost twice what we were initially quoted over the phone, but they did get us in the same day and had the car fixed by the end of the following day. They said they would call us when it was done but didnt. They charged us over $100 for a part that only costs $20 on the internet. Would recommend bringing them your own parts, and getting a quote in person.

Good Work: I have had 4 cars repaired by All Star, recommended by USAA insurance. They have done an excellent job on all the vehicles and came in below quoted prices from other OEM repair shops. Dodge Caravans repaired 2 times, Ford Focus repaired 1 time, VW Jetta repaired 1 time. Four daughters, too many visits.

I was charge almost $3500 for a small repair. They charge me for the new parts but the parts were used and the color did not matched the rest of the car. Never going back!!!!!
