Let me first say, they were extremely busy and were servicing many cars with a variety of issues. With that said, Rebecca couldnt have done more to make my visit as comfortable as could be. I came in for an oil change and left with a brake repair. Which not being a mechanic, knew I needed. I also was informed that my back tires needed replacement and was quoted a price that in my estimation was high. I told them that I wanted to research the prices on tires and would let them know. The only problem that I had, was that I came in without the tire light on and left with it on. Rebecca told me that sometimes when they work on your cars brakes that light might go on but would remedy itself after a couple of miles. Well... it didnt and after I parked the car for a couple of hours and then went to use the car, I noticed that one of my tires was flat. My concern, was that I had been driving the car and the tire was losing air which could have led to an accident. I then called Rebecca and she was concerned that the car had a flat and wanted me to know if there was some way I could get it back to the dealership. She even offered to stay later. I stated that I would ask my son or AAA for assistance but probably would not be able to get it back till tomorrow or later. With all that said, the service was excellent. My only concern is that the tire light wasnt taken seriously and could have resulted in an accident.

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this dealership from start to finish. This was my first purchase of a new vehicle ! I purchased a limited edition scion and with the exception of my salesman everyone I dealt with was completely unprofessional and downright rude. While my salesman was nice and friendly and easy to deal with, he was not very helpful, he did not offer me to customize and add features to my car as all new scion purchasers should have the option to do. When I brought my car in for its first service the people working in the service dept were so unprofessional and rude !! I explained I was having an issue with my radio and was personally promised by the sales manager that he would correct the issue. When I picked up my car the issue was not fixed, when I addressed Bob I was told that he did not fix the issue because he had a loss in his family. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. While I was sympathetic for his loss I couldnt see any connection to the issue with my car. I refuse to deal with this dealership, they are shady and yes you to death with no resolution. I recommend Toyota Superstore in Hartford. Id rather drive 20 miles to recieve friendly and fast and ethical service then deal with this unpleasant place EVER again.

I brought my car in for an oil change on June 29th and later that day my car was making a jet engine sound. I called and brought my car in at 7:30 am on June 30th. I was told that they over filled my oil and I mentioned that none of my fluids were topped off as my service record stated. I thought all of this was taken care of when I was in the waiting room for over 1/2 hour. When I came back from vacation on July 7th my car had no power and the dash board was all lite up with battery light, check engine light, etc. I called the dealership at 5:30 pm and was told to bring my car in right away. My neighbor jumped my car and tested my oil. It registered NO OIL. I only made it a few hundred feet and my car died. Had to call Triple AAA and a police officer was called to the scene. I did not make the 6pm deadline to the dealership. To date, July 10th, I still do not have my car. I have a loaner car and I still do not know what has happened to my 2007 scion tc with 59,000 miles. I am a senior citizen and still work. I am not happy at this point of not knowing what is wrong with my car. I had no issues with my car until I had an oil change. I have to initiate all calls to Curry. I am not happy.

I just went in for a test-drive and planned to check out other dealerships and use this visit to negotiate with others. The test drive was great and Bill Lewis (the awesome salesman) was very knowledgeable about the Corolla and its closest competitors in other makes. I had looked into comparable prices for the same model to help in the negotiations. Usually this leads to a visit from the Sales Manager who will tell me why this research is not real. But at Branch they really wanted to help me get my researched price. They even pointed out an error that I made and were helping me find the right model and price right on my iPhone. Usually I would want to keep that close to my chest but I felt totally comfortable here. When it came to financing I had a bad patch and thought no one could give me the incentives offered, not with my credit but Lou Calabrese (the finance guy there) was able to work some magic and got me the 0% APR. They genuinely seemed happy that this would be a new start for me and help me rebuild my credit. The follow up was also incredible, cant wait to go back for maintanence (didnt think I would ever say that). Theyve definitely got a customer for life here.

The BEST experience of all dealerships out there! The entire staff is amazing; they treat you like family and make sure you are comfortable in every aspect. I was currently in my comfortable 2012 Camry Hybrid and I decided I would take a look at other dealerships to see what am I missing and quite honestly, nothing at all. Not one dealership that I went to, while on my search, treated me and took care of me the way Branch Toyota has. I have been too numerous dealerships within the last 6 months to see different cars and options and I truly realize how much I loved my Toyota. I am excited to say I have now purchased my awesome 2015 Camry Hybrid, that I will always be a repeat Branch Toyota customer. I have to say that Mr. Robert Scungio Jr., and all the staff (Michael Lovallo, Jose and Bill Lewis) has been absolutely impeccable to work with. They are all extremely professional, amazing, caring and wonderful human beings to deal with. In an age where customer service is hard to come by, Branch Toyota stands above ALL!! I truly would love to thank them all again for their compassion and pure service and care.

Normally I dont write reviews, but I had a such great experience at Branch Toyota in Watertown, CT that I thought I should give them some credit for doing such a great job and helping me get into my new vehicle. I had gone to other dealerships and had ok service. It was a very last minute decision go to Branch Toyota (so glad I did) . The person who helped through process was amazing and to say that about a car sales person is hard to say and come by. Credit goes out to sales person Churchill ( last name I dont remember) . He very professional, easy to talk, and made the process very easy for me. He wasnt pushy, didnt make feel like if I dont buy this very moment deals off the table. He really worked with me to get where I wanted to be payment wise and I really appreciate that. Credit also goes out to Lou ( last name I dont know) He was amazing as well. He really topped of my overall experience. They have a great team at Branch Toyota so I would defiantly recommend you stopping in there and finding out for yourself how helpful they can be. Plus they have great cars!
