Either the people working here are incompetent, or they are crooks. Maybe both. My car was taken there after an accident and I was told it would be there for 5 days. That was 29 days ago. They first gave me the car back (which had no previous issues) with the check engine light on, a non-functioning speedometer, the door locks not working, and after a drove it twice, the battery died. They told me that the new things wrong, that THEY broke, were not part of the accident and that they would not fix them. They finally fixed the fuse that had broken, controlling the alternator and the speedometer, but now there was a broken O2 sensor, and the windshield washer fluid was not squirting. They told me that both of these things were not accident related, when they were both right at the point of impact. They begrudgingly fixed those two things, although my door locks still do not work, and now they tell me my engine is cracked. First they said it was because of a much harder impact, not accident related, so they would not be fixing it. When I complained and said the car had not been in any other accidents, they change the d their story and said that the crack was due to old age of the engine and they would not fix it. When I complained, they told me it was not really a crack after all, not really a problem, and they would not be fixing it. I am currently looking for a lawyer. Do not take your car to these people.

My car was taken to Direct Auto after a car accident. Collision customers beware. Direct Auto will try really hard to make you fee important however, send you car back in shambles. They are great at mechanical work but interior work is hit or miss. It depends on who you get that works there. I had a great experience the sixth and last time I drove over 30 miles back to their auto garage. I took my car back 6 times to get it to a point were I can stand to step inside it. All of the panels, were they had to replace air bags, were overlapping, and three or four pieces were put on wrong and/or broken. They put broken panels back on hoping I would miss them and I definitely noticed and my mechanic that did the final overview found a lot broken too. They do not get the concept if they break something in the process of fixing something they need to replace it. If you go here after an accident be prepared to spend many a days with them while they fix their mistakes and things they broke. They try to clean your car when they are done but they do not do so well. But if you do not care how the inside of your car looks after they replace airbags, I would recommend them for mechanical work only. Also, if you are using insurance it may take away as they are always packed with cars that need to be fixed and viewed by insurance companies.

My car has been in and out of this shop for over 3 months. I have brought back at least 10 times. They still cannot get it right. The techs are incompetent. They treat you like an idiot. Avoid this place. You have right to bring your vehicle to any shop of your liking. Please save yourself time, money, hassle, and stress by avoiding this place. There workman-ship is so poor, it is quite discussing. Not to mention, they will send you home with the hood not latched to the vehicle. Even a 5 year old can see the poor quality of work at this shop. This is THE WORST experience i have had with my vehicle. I am reporting them to the state and BBB.

These guys are honest and do great work. I had them repair my Subaru body and then take care of Windshield leakage. In both cases they were reasonable, professional, and did solid work. They took the time to explain what was being done and will gave me different options. It is hard to find people you can really trust and I feel like these guys are it. I wouldnt go anywhere else because I know these guys will take care of the problem without hassle. It is here that I have felt taken care of rather than taken advantage of as some other places seem to do.

Someone backed into me and I took my car to this shop, approved by state farm. Small job, on door panel pushed in... A three day job is now into day six. I went to get something out of my car in the shop. Inside was a thick layer of fine gray dust all over the interior, and door panels and parts lay on top of my personal things, without protection. They defended themselves, saying thats what body shops do and then they blow out the dust. Now the dust in inside the compartments, inside all my belonging and I still dont have my car.

Ive had three experiences with Direct Auto in the last two years. My Volvo, my wifes Chrsyler Grand Caravan and my daugthers Honda Civic. Most recent service was earlier this month to repair rear door damage. Direct did the work in the time they suggested it would take and did an excellent job. Weve never experienced any problems with these people. The are always professional and efficient. I would highly recomend them.

After a few days I had gotten a call from their service manager letting me know my car would be ready for the next day. In my book thats great customer service! It allowed me to setup a ride from one of the guys that I work with! If I didnt have a ride they could have had their shuttle pick me up. It was just easier to get a ride from a co-worker. My car was done by early Thursday afternoon.

I cant say enough good things about Direct Auto Body, I was in an accident and they came highly recommended to me by a friend. They called me and updated me about everything they were more in touch than my insurance company and they were willing to answer and help with any and all questions I have had. I would recommend them to everyone! They were kind, fast and honest.

Had my car repaired here through Progressive. The whole process was ridiculously easy and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. They did an excellent job with the repairs, which took way less time than I expected. I would have had the car back in two days if a snowstorm didnt hit on the pickup date. If someone runs over my car again, I know where Im taking it.

Came in to get an estimate on damage my car suffered. They were great even though they knew I could not use them to fix my car because I had to head to another state. They looked my car over to make sure I could my the trip safely. Very nice and helpful people.

Dave and Mark handled all of the insurance paperwork for us and our car came back sooner than expected, and it was a top notch job. Really helpful staff and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks. Oh - the rental was great too :)
