I had to take my car back to them about four times for mistakes. After the fourth time, I was suspicious about their work. I took my car to another Geico approved auto body shop to have it looked at. They were in shock to see the "work" that was done to my car. The frame was bent and rather than fix it or let us know they decided to oblong holes in order to screw things into place. I was told if we were to get into another accident while my car was in this condition it would have had a tragic ending. I highly suggest if you care for yourself, your family or others do not take your car here.

I had to go to this body shop 5 times for them to finish this job. First they "repaired" my car. Second, I had to bring the car back because the body work they did was unfinished with water coming into the floorboard. Third, I had to bring it back for a window that was never repaired for this crash. Forth, they never put my spare tire parts back into the car and went missing. Fifth, my airbag light fried while they were working on the car. ALL FOR ONE JOB!!!!! Never ever go to this body shop. Period.

Completely satisfied with the work they needed to do. Completely amazed that they did work they didnt need to do (and didnt charge me for) over confusion about when I was supposed to bring in my car. Totally made up for any disappointment I may have had. This kind of service is rare these days, but so appreciated!

My insurance required me to have my care fixed here. Had to return on several occasions due to things they messed up or simply didnt fix. In the end I decided Id rather pay out of pocket at another auto shop rather than deal with their terrible service.
