Thought I found a new place to have my cars worked on but sadly, just another group of parts changers. Not only did P&N not fix our car correctly the first two chances, we had to bring it back a third time for the same issues. On their first try, they made the car worse than before it went in. They used cheap parts, didnt replace some original factory parts, never came close to lining up body panels and the paint was horrible. We brought it back a second time and they corrected a couple things but again, inferior parts (but charged us for OEM parts) and never checked their work. We had to bring it back for the third time and although it looks ok, owner refused to release car without cash and then lied to authorities as to why he refused to release the car. I can understand and accept mistakes but not only is the work inferior, they are less than honest. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my insurance company to make sure they investigate what I consider sub-standard work but also shady accounting/billing practices. I wouldnt recommend P&N to anyone...

My friend referred me to PN Auto when I needed to get some repairs done after being collided into on my 2013 Volkswagen CC. The owner Zibby, his wife and team treated my as though I was family and explained the damages and walked me through the insurance claim process. I had my car back in almost 1 week time looking as new, if not newer than before the accident. A day later I had a coolant problem and thought it was related to the front end work as the radiator had to be removed. Although it was found not to be a result of the shops work, Zibby was more than kind by giving me a deal on the repair. I have never had a repair or auto body shop take such good care of a customer and make them feel like one of the family, although I was a complete stranger. PN Auto to my surprise not only does body work but also car repair and maintenance. I would deff recommend Zibby and his family to anyone needing service or auto body repair.

Excellent Experience!! Will always go back! Zibby and his team are the most honest group of auto mechanics I have come across. After numerous failed attempts at other shops and then finally the dealer supposedly diagnosed the issue with a $3000 quote to repair I decided to continue my search, P N Auto was recommended. Zibby found the problem to be something completely different from the dealers diagnosis, fixed the issues, cars drives like new and it all cost significantly less than the original quote. Im a very satisfied customer. This is how an auto shop should operate and treat its customers.

Ive been at PN Auto Body & Repair several times over past year and have always been extremely happy with the results. I decided that I needed to write a review because they really put their customers first. Zibby (the owner) is up front and honest, and gets the work done as promised. He doesn’t beat around the bushes or come up with a list of other things I need to get fixed while my car is there. Really appreciate the honesty. The shop is also in a convenient location. I definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs to have bodywork repairs or emission done.

PN Auto has the highest quality of body and paint work in the area! I took in my Grand Cherokee for a full custom paint job and minor body work. Not only did the paint job come out amazing, they were able to paint my rims the same Crystal Black color of my jeep. I was traveling during this time and didnt have a chance to visually check on their work. Trust me, I didnt come back disappointed! Would recommend PN Auto to all in the CT area. Very professional and fair employees.

Excellent excellent customer service. Thats not a typo, I had to write it twice. I brought my car in as an "ER" visit after my muffler broke on the highway, and they were able to quote me, get the replacement part, and replace it all in an hour despite having a full workload at the time. Everyone was friendly and professional.. very highly recommended. Bonus fun fact: they speak English, Spanish, Polish and even Russian!

Had an emergency this week while traveling between Watertown and Hartford. Luckily found PN Auto when I was forced off I-84 at Queen Street. They gave me excellent service from the front desk to the mechanic and owner. Not only did they take care of my multiple car issues but they did it a a very good price.
