I went through this shop as part of GEicos express repairs program. Theyre promise was that if i used this shop my car would be made the priority and the repairs would be done quickly. I had a horrible experience. I was told my car would be done Saturday, but did not get it back until Wednesday and then found that the repairs were NOT complete and had to bring it back!! at that time i was promised that they would fix the issue in that same day but then later received a call with more excuses advising me that in fact, my car would not be ready again! i was very angry at this time, as i expressed several times that i was only going to drop my car that day if they were going to fix the mistake within that business day, and was assured of this several times. When i got angry and called Geico to complain, all of a sudden i received another phone call from Andrade telling me that my car would be ready that evening?!!!!!!! These guys are FULL OF EXECUSES! and need to take on less jobs so they can actually begin to mean what they say. Not to mention, when i got my car back the first time, there did not paint the entire side of my van and tried to leave one piece with a big scratch on it so that i had to return again!! Then, my kids got into the third row of my van and there was a disgusting substance all over one side interior panel, which smelled like vomit! i spoke to the employee who had been dealing with me at the shop, and he assured me he would look into this, i dont know if someone was driving my car in all those days it reamined at their shop not even being worked on or what, but i never did get any answers. I would stay far FAR AWAY! WHile i was in the waiting room *(picking up my car for the SECOND TIME) another woman came in to pick up her husbands car and was told the exact same things i had heard so many days during this experience, that actually her car wasnt ready and wouldnt be until Monday (it was Friday). When she got her husband on the phone and he complained to the associate, the man put the phone down for a moment, then picked it back up and said, Ill get it done for Saturday. The woman then left the shop and the employee complained about them right with customers in their waiting room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

First impressions are important. I went there this morning on February 8 about 9 am for a body work quote. The gentleman at the front asked if I was going through insurance when I said no he huffed and puffed saying Mondays are just busy days for a large shop like his. He said Ill take a quick look at it. We went outside side it was bumper damage and he said well its gonna be over 600$ why dont you go to a smaller body shop theyll have the time and it will be 300-400$. I can not believe a business turned away money. He basically snubbed his nose at me as a customer. He assumed I couldnt afford the cost. Im highly offended. And will never return whether its out of pocket or through insurance.

Called to get past info on my car for an IRS audit, not something I want to do but have to. Guy that answered phone was very rude and bothered that I needed this info. He ask for my license number, I thought he meant "license" not license plate. I no longer have the car so dont have that info. Then sarcastically asked me if I knew what my last name was. Honestly I feel sorry for the guy to be so angry at the world he feels the need to treat people that way. Anyways I apologize for bothering you and taking 2 minutes of your time, will pray for you to find peace. P.S. Jesus Loves You and he always gives 5 stars

go elsewhere, terrible work, never prepped car prior to paint. when I questioned them their response was " insurance company wont pay us for that" and when I asked why I wasnt notified and that I would have paid the extra hour it would have taken to sand the area I was then told " usually our type of clientele" [whatever that means] " cant afford to do additional work " well that was the wrong answer . Im getting the area repaired and repainted I shouldnt have followed Safeco recommendation to use "their" body shop but now they can pay twice

I had a fantastic experience with Andrade. They did a great job repairing my car. They also sent me daily updates via text message about the progress of my car. In addition to the texts, Dan called about every 2 days to personally tell me about their progress and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. When I picked up my car, in addition to the repairs, they had detailed it! It was cleaner than when I dropped it off and looked brand new. Andrade does a great job taking care of their customers.

I was all set to bring in my car for repairs. Once I spoke with the very rude and unprofessional Wayne. I decided to bring my car to a more professional auto body shop. Being without your car is stressful enough. The last thing I want is to deal with someone who clearly doesnt care about the customer or the car. Thanks Wayne from Andrade Motors for showing me you dont care. Way to go.

This is a AAA approved auto repair shop. I had my car sent here after an accident, absolute professionals. Wayne stayed in touch with me through the entire process, which was swift. They got me back on the road fast and my car looks absolutely phenomenal

They use low level auto body help to do the work. They damaged my car by "fixing" my car. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I am considering legal action at this point.
