Rachel took me from a frizzy-haired mop haired head to someone with smooth and healthy hair, and I absolutely love the bayalage highlights she puts in. Paola is so welcoming and makes you feel so welcome. Im so glad that I found this little gem of a hair salon and finally decided to take a chance on it after I kept driving by it for 2 years straight. True story my almost 80 year old father actually complimented my hair and that is really unheard of for him at all to comment on anyones hair! Sol, Rachel and Paola have you covered and their prices are very reasonable. I wont trust my hair to anyone else now. I just love Sol Beauty Salon!

Ive being a client since 2008. Sol & Rachel are the best Hair Stylist ever. Thanks to them I have a beautiful healthy and shinny long hair. They always recommend products and treatments to use at home and I follow everything they lovely advice to me. Lets talk about Braids! They do the most beautiful braids in the world. Visit them and let them get inspire on a braid for you. Im very happy I have found them , my hair is very happy as well.

I live in Manhattan and used to work in Stamford. The only reason I go there now is to get my haircut at SOL. Clean, inviting and very friendly place. Raquel does a great job on my hair for a very reasonable price. Go soon - this little gem is gentrifying rapidly as the office workers from central Stanford are discovering it!

I came to Sol for keratin recently. The advertised price was $220 but they charged me $260 because I have very thick hair. Overall the experience was great and Im very happy with my results. Staff is very friendly, and the salon is clean and not pretentious. I will definitely be back.

Awful scheduling + not apologetic about it. Not uncommon to schedule an appointment and then be seen 15-20 minutes after your time. Cuts are alright I guess so theres that.
