Ive been going to Beenas for years but Ive only been here for eyebrow threading so I cannot speak to the spa services/skin treatments. The staff is quick and courteous. The place is always neat and clean. You may wait a few minutes during busy times (usually Sat) but never more than 5-10 min. The staff is interchangeable, I cant say to go to one over the other. If youre Uber picky about your brows let them know what youre looking for otherwise itll be a clean up job. That works for me but I know some folks are particular. One thing Ill note is that sometimes when youre waiting its super quiet, no one really talks. Beena is great and welcoming, and is comfortable making conversation but when shes with a client or not there you notice. Theres usually music videos playing (from India I believe), which is nice if you like world music or just exposure to a different culture. The rest of the shop has continuously changed but is now a hair salon in the back left, and a nail salon in the front left. I used the nail salon once but had to wait an hour. The technician didnt speak much english, and my spanish was non existent, so it was quiet. Overall great place. My only suggestion would be for the staff to get comfortable making small talk with clients.

I have been going to Beena Beauty Salon for YEARS religiously. The ladies there are lovely and are always willing to appease their customers. They offer an array of services at a reasonable price. The location is great (though the parking isnt). Theyre immaculate at threading, individual lashes and of course, threading.

I made the biggest mistake by going here for laser. I got laser burn and when i told her about the burn she offered me a free facial. Im done with this place. I just hope it doesnt happen to anyone else. Do not go here for laser. She doesnt know what she is doing and it will only hurt you.
