Melissa and the girls at Ciao Bella are great! They took such good care of me on my wedding day and long beforehand! Melissa did my hair, as well as my moms, and Monika did my sisters updo. Grace did all of our makeup. Melissa, Grace, and Monika came to my house in Bedford, NY early the day of my wedding to start our hair and makeup. The girls made sure we came in multiple times to experiment and play around with different ideas for our hair and makeup. Melissa had us on a color schedule as well to make sure our hair was perfect the day of! Not only did our hair last all day, we did not have to touch up our makeup- my sisters lipstick lasted through the ceremony, cocktail hour, speech, and even dinner! I have to say that their makeup line (which they used on us) stayed in place and looked fresh throughout the night! My mom, who normally wears a ponytail and no makeup, looked like a polished, glowing version of herself. She did not look too done up or caked on! She felt confident and that was what Grace wanted, as she knew my mom would feel uncomfortable in a full face of makeup. As the bride, Grace and Melissa took the longest on me and ensure that I was happy. Melissa was meticulous about my hair! She wanted to make sure the height lasted all night and that the style wouldnt budge. through the multiple trials, she was able to intertwine all the things i loved about each of them and pull them into one undo. It was bohemian, romantic, and off my face, which is what I wanted! I dont think ive gotten as many compliments on my hair or eyelashes as I have on my wedding day! Grace made me look more dressed up and my skin flawless- as I suffered from dark circles, breakouts, and dry patches prior to the day! I felt like I wasnt wearing a ton of makeup, but was still elegant and photo ready! This was the first time I had ever had my makeup professionally done and I felt like I was in good hands. Grace listened to what I wanted and made me feel beautiful. I cant wait to have Melissa balayage my hair before my honeymoon! I enjoyed that the girls game to my house beforehand, even with the salon being 5min drive from my venue. Thank you ladies for helping me shine on my wedding day!

I went in for just a regular haircut at 5:15pm and didnt end up leaving the salon til 7:45pm. Almost a 3 hour haircut and the girl cutting my hair seemed very "inexperienced" and young. She told me she was 18 years old. 3 hours for a haircut. It has never taken me more than 45 min to an hour to get my haircut at any other salon ever. Needless to say, I spoke to the owner of the salon the next day and told her about the 3 hour haircut and she didnt seem to care at all about my time. Needless to say, I will not be going back there for any kind service. I will stick with my normal salon that I got to in town. And after speaking to the owner, Diana, the next day she left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and refused to credit me back half of my service or just the extra $20 charge it cost me to get my hair dried there.... My blow out never happened... I left with wavy hair just like i went in with. Poor customer service in my opinion and not the way it should have been handled. Needless to say, I will not be recommending them for services.

I have been a customer at Ciao Bella now for 5+ years and have many different services including hair cuts, blow outs, color, up-dos, etc., all which have been fantastic from several of the stylists! Monika is great with all different types of hair and coloring, including specialty colors, and ombre coloring. Leslie is great with cuts and knows how to perfect a blow out. The receptionists are great and are willing to work with you to accommodate your schedule, and will accept walk-ins when ever possible! Melissa, the owner, goes out of her way to accommodate and make every guest feel comfortable and satisfied. I have yet to try some of the other stylists but I have heard and seen nothing but positive feedback and happy customers. Prices are reasonable and much less expensive then the other salons in town. Overall such a great salon that I will continue to trust with my hair!

I have been going to Melissa for a few yrs and am always grateful for her artistic hands & skill as a stylist! She has consistently transformed by hair! The salon is always welcoming with prices u CANNOT beat in the pricey Fairfield County area- I would never consider going anywhere else- Ciao Bella is a secret jewel

I was treated like a friend as soon as I stepped in. Monikas color techniques are perfect. Shes extremely talented. Melissa and Grace, shop owners are dolls. I was lucky enough to spend the whole day with these ladies, color and cut, and it felt like I was a teenager again. Exceptional service and product.

Prices are excellent and I always get a good haircut there. In the past 4 years, Ive lived in long island, California, and Maryland, and always make sure to come to Ciao Bella when Im in town visiting family. I have yet to find another hair place that does this good of a job for a reasonable price.

Ask for Lindsey! I have been to countless salons, barbers, beauty salons. Ive never gotten a haircut quite like Lindseys, shes very friendly, nice, sorrow. Best haircut of my life! I will travel an hour to see her every two weeks!
