Very disappointed/aggrivated... We found this place on groupon and thought it would be cool to check out another trampoline place that looked like they had more activited for the kids to do.... Lesson learned.... From the moment we walked in it was decieving size wise but that wasnt even the bad part. When walking up to the front i had purchased a Groupon for it and as i was pulling it up and letting the staff at the front know i had one, rudely she said when did you purchase it i said today her response was even ruder and told me you cant use it for 24hrs. When i asked if there was anything she can do about that because it is in my area so she could scan it and she said "nope" with an attitude and a great (being sarcastic) eye roll. The other adult walked away to avoid causing a scene, so insted of me being "that mom" and disappointing my kids because they dont understand when customer sucks i paid and paid for socks...then had to wait for socks as the staff walked away to help have a someone at the ticket counter...OK... So i figured it couldnt get any worse....the kids begin to jump the same stsff that rang us out came up to the jump area and stared the other adult with me and myself down dirty looks and all 1/2 of the foam pit and a whole other part were caution taped off, and another staff yelled at my 5yr old that Only one person at a time could jump on the trampolines near the dodge ball area mean while just like 10 minutes befoee there were 3 kids on each one.... Hmmmmm .. OK... Sp their time was up... Lets play games... Those were even worse i put $5 on a card and 3rd game in the game didnt work when i brought it up to the staff(after trying it twice)she took our card to "fix" it(wentnfrom 30 to 20) ...5 min later she comes back apologizes and says she added the credits lost back on to the card(so there should be 30) Go to play oh look it doesnt work... So she comes over to see whats going on sge then takes it back 5 minutes more 2 other people helping her(which i was fine with but...) She comes back runs the card in a game it works cool... Go to play another and now i have no credits..really!?!.. So a game that was 10 credits used 30? Ok lets cash outmour tickets so we check at the kiosk so the kids can decide vefore getting to the counter because at this point my level of calmness is beyond out the window but still not causing a scene because i have more respect for others then their stsff does...so kiosk says 68 ok cool go to the counter my son picks out what he wants so we start asking for thw stuff and the staff scans our card and says we have 10..what?!?! So i explain we went to the kiosk and it said 68 she said " well my system says you have 10 so i dont know to tell you.." So she comes with us so i can show her the kiosk and now it says we have 13...i ask how that could of happened she said "i dont know why but all i have is 13 soooo" i handed her the card and tols her to take the card and give the tickets to someone else we are leaving... Mind you she was just as rude as the first staff... We left.. not happy with this establishment...

We used to love coming here almost weekly, and today the weather was rainy so we decided to go here again with our 2yr old daughter. A lot has changed since our last visit and not for the better. The staff used to be very friendly and did not harass us when we needed to assist our daughter on the climbing gym (sometimes she gets very scared by the loud sound the ball cannons make). In the past this was not an issue and we were never reprimanded by any staff member. In fact, one of the reasons we chose this place over bounce town USA was because of the friendliness of the staff, even though admission is more expensive and is is much farther from our home. This time the staff was equipped with whistles and my husband was spoken to several times by the staff for assisting our daughter, even though he had paid admission and had the correct socks on that are required. One of the staff members who was working by the ball pit kept mumbling under her breath because she had to pick up the balls the kids were knocking out of the ball pit. Also, our daughter usually rides on the motorized animals every time she goes even though it costs a little bit extra, however this time she was in tears the whole time because they now make kids wear a helmet, even if an adult is riding with them. Unfortunately we used to absolutely love this place and it was great for our toddler, however I dont think we will be coming back often anymore or at all with the new changes, which is very sad because our daughter used to love it.

After hearing about this new trampoline park from friends I decided to go and check it out with my autistic son. As I entered the building the aroma of sweat had burst into my sinuses. This was not pleasing. After getting noseblind to the smells, it was time to jump. It was nothing special; it was a lot like Rockin Jump or Skyzone. When our time was almost over my son and I decided to jump into the foam pit. This is where things went wrong. As I leaped into the foam pit with my son at my side I felt a very irritating feeling around most my body. I did not think much of it until around 30 minutes later my son and I were both experiencing a full body rash. I complained to the front desk about this and they told me that since I had signed a waiver I agreed to any injuries sustained while jumping and that they were not liable. The rash got worse so we rushed to St. Vincents Hospital where we where diagnosed with Zika. You will be hearing from our lawyers.

We have been to Jump Off about 6 times with our 5 year old daughter and almost 2 year old son. Our children love it there. It is large, the areas are spread out so it doesnt feel too crazy like some other bounce places we have gone, and, for us, the toddler area with ride on toys and a small ball pit is really good. It is nice having a smaller, contained place for our toddler. Jump Off is relatively new so it feels pretty clean and maintained, though I have noticed a few steps where the padding has worn away. Though, when I mentioned it to staff members they told me that replacements had been ordered. The teenage staff members who work there are great, too. They are very attentive at reminding children to be safe, and are very friendly. As much as a bright, loud, crowded place is not my favorite scene, my children have fun, the staff are great and I recommend it to other families.

Ive been to Rockin jump many times with my son. He has Downs syndrome and at Rockin Jump they were always nice and let him do what he wanted. We decided to go here one day since Rockin Jump was packed. We walked in the door and the first thing they told me was that he wasnt allowed to jump here. After talking to the manager they let us in luckily no one was there because the minute I jumped on the trampoline with my son the trampoline gave out. We asked for a refund and they told us we couldnt get one because the waiver we signed. As we left the manager said under his breath now we see were that kid got his extra chromosome from. To bad I had to put one star because I would have given them 0. Never go here!
