I recently converted my home heating system from oil to natural gas. From the initial phone call requesting the service to the actual implementation of the service, I was treated as if a family member. The service was extraordinary. My initial contact was Mr. Mark Cipriano who graciously and patiently walked my wife and me through every step of the process including the methodology of financing the work through EnergizeCT. The team that installed our new burner, hot water heater, and gas ignited fire place can only be described as "top shelve"; courteous, professional, caring and yes, on occasion, humorous. Their work was impeccable. I strongly urge anyone desirous of converting to natural gas to employ the services of the tremendous team at Wesson.

Wesson Energy replaced a 60+ year old boiler with an updated system and also installed ductwork in the attic with an air handler and AC compressor. Overall, 11 people were involved in the project which took 3 days total. Wesson coordinated and arranged the different sub contractors, and the whole thing went flawlessly. All and I mean all the people involved were professional and a pleasure to interact with. All the guys worked hard and took pride in their work. I was there the whole time and did not hear one complaint even though it was hot and difficult. Kudos to Wesson and the pros they choose to work with. I am so glad I picked them after reviewing 2 other proposals. I highly recommend this Company. George C from Simsbury.

Absolutely horrendous support. Called the emergency line at 11pm for a furnace leaking water and having no hot water while its 35 degrees outside. No storm, no reason for long wait times. By 4 am, the technician still hasnt called me to say when I could expect him. Called back 8 times in 5 hours, only 1 person to answer phones, no manager or supervisor available, and only 1 technician available that hasnt returned my call for over half of his shift. Im not getting any help from anyone atst Wesson Energy. This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. And I paid over $300 for this service contract. Completely useless. If you expect support when you need it the most, do not choose Wesson Energy as your provider.

I very seldom write reviews unless I think it is warranted. I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Wesson Energy for 3 years now. I have never had any issues with customer service, emergency service, billing, or propane delivery. Always courteous, prompt, and professional. I called customer service today about problem with propane fireplace. After the problem was discussed and assessed, a service technician, was sent out, and someone was here before the end of the day. Rick discovered and fixed the problem, which luckily turned out to be a very simple fix. Cant thank the Wesson "family" enough for their prompt attention in helping me resolve my problem.

Terrible. I called stating that I had a hot water heater leaking water and flooding my basement. They showed up very quickly, called me and told me I had a leaking hot water that needed to be replaced. "Yeah, I know that already. Did you replace it?" Nope, they just showed up, observed the obvious, left a $90 dollar bill and left before calling me. Then they said theyd call back about installing it and never called back. Absolutely terrible service. Used me to make $90 (which I wont pay) in 2 minutes. They lost me as a customer for sure. Dont fall into their traps. They also buy from big corporations like FW Webb, they dont support the small wholesalers.

Hi, My name is Bob Gabaree and I am using my sons account for this review. I just wanted to say that these guys have been my energy co for years and have always done a fine job. They arrive on time and always clean my furnace inside and out..They take apart the pipe on the flue and clean that as well as the inside of the furnace. They replace all filters etc. They always run an efficiency test and give me a written report of all work done....as for service, a while back my furnace went out and it was Christmas Eve...I made a call and a tech called me back within 30 mins to talk to me and solve out issue. Great company and employees/

On Sept. 16, 2014, a Home Energy Audit was performed by Anthony & Jim, who are employees of Wesson Energy. Im taking this time to commend them both for their professionalism, courtesy and ability to help both my husband and myself understand the "process". They were polite & personable. Before my retirement, I worked for SNET/ATT for 40 1/2 years. Customer service was thee most important part of the job....not just the knowledge of the products. Anthony and Ryan from Wesson Energy did an energy audit on our house. They showed up on time and stayed until every job was done and every concern was addressed. They were highly professional, explaining every detail of what they needed to accomplish and what they ended up performing. I was highly impressed with their knowledge, expertise and approachability when it came to questions and recommendations. I started the appointment with many questions and ended it feeling confident that I would see significant energy savings. I cannot recommend Anthony and Ryan highly enough.

On Oct 6 2014 a Wesson service tech named Joseph Lanesey came to my home to do a tune up on my furnace. Joe was very courteous and professional. Joe must have a magic touch because since he tuned up my furnace, it seems to be running more efficiently, especially on days like today with temps below zero. I would like to recognize Joe for an outstanding job. I would also like to recognize the three Customer Service reps that I speak with; Julie, Barbara and Rebecca. Sorry no last names. All three are always helpful, courteous and give me great customer service.

My husband and I were customers for ten years. When he died, Wesson still gave me excellent service for five more years. I had to move and depended on their expertise. They helped me after a break in where all the copper piping was stolen in my house. Came to my home once at two in the morning. Made sure my home was always taken care of in the winter through excellent monitoring. Being a home owner from thousands of miles away would not have been possible without their help. I was grateful for their excellent customer service. My thanks to Wesson.

We found that we had no heat on Tuesday January 31st in the afternoon. We called Wesson and they had a repair tech at the house within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the Furnace could not be repaired. Their salesman came almost immediately and gave a us a price on a new one. We agreed and it was installed by 2 p.m. the following day. The price was fair and the service excellent. You really cant ask for any better service especially in the dead of winter. We will be having them do our A/C in the spring.

Ive used Wesson for a bit over a year, and I have no complaints. Theyve been a great, full-service energy company. I use them for heating oil and for filling my 500 gallon propane tank. They also have serviced my air conditioning units and my furnace. I felt like their prices were fair; maybe not the absolute lowest, but pretty good, especially for a full-service company.
