I called on a Wednesday to have oil delivered on a Friday due to impending storm and I was running low.Friday came a no one came to deliver.I called twice and spoke to the receptionist who ensured me that they were coming and that Waterbury would be there last stop.Well they never showed up and now I'm without oil and I have 3 young children.This is not the first time that they have done this to me. I bet they are sitting at home nice and cozy while I have to vacate my home because we are freezing.This is not the way you should conduct business. # FREEZING IN WATERBURY

Graffiti on MY HOUSE! --READ THIS-- after oil delivery I look at my house and found the driver Tagged my house with permanent marker. After the Third Time I Contacted owner of BRASS CITY FUEL and THURSTON ENERGY, THURSTON OIL-- he says the drivers do it for address verification. The Three house numbers on my property dont verify??? Unprofessional....Just found out this happen to my neighbor Too.

We have received great service from Brass Oil, and also have gotten great prices!!! I got my first delivery, and before I could even call them for more they called themselves to get the ok from the program I am working with!!! I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I had oil for the holidays!!!! I would and have told all my friends about them and their great service!!!!

While on vacation with my wife, we got a call from our family telling us there was no hot water at the house. I called Brass City Oil and even with their busy November schedule they were able to fit us in and repair the water heater. Thanks so much, John
