My daughter and I have the same birthday, so this year as part of our birthday celebration I booked spa treatments for us both at Dream Spa in Westport. When I called to book it Amber the receptionist was lovely and accommodating. I also spoke to Ginny, and she could not have been nicer as well. We were looking forward to the day. Upon arriving at Dream Spa today, we were greeted by a friendly lady named Lori, who we later found out was the owner. What we especially noticed upon entering that the facility was beautiful, elegant yet at the same time very down to earth and not fake nice like many spas can be. They were genuinely nice. We were soon led into a lovely tranquil sitting room, where we were served lemon water and ginger cookies. We were soon slipping into the luxurious Dream robes in our beautiful personal changing rooms. We then went upstairs into our treatment rooms. I had a mini facial given to us by a cosmotoligist named Brandi. She was not only professional and competent, but super comfortable to be with. I instantly felt like I had her many times before. She listened to requests and asked questions before beginning the treatement. She truly did everything to make sure my facial was the very best. The facial was superb, my skin felt amazing. My daughter had the same exact response, and was also so comfortable and at ease with Brandi. She loved the service. We were offered (and took) the opportunity to take a steam and regular luxury shower. The hair products are top line, and my daughter loved how her hair felt afterwards. We then had our massages, which were wonderfully relaxing yet she worked out special areas of kinks. It was perfect. The massage therapist also asked questions before starting and really wanted to please me. She succeeded. After the massage another shower was offered, and a complimentary offer to use their hair salon so we could dry and style our hair! We both thought this was a very nice touch. Lori Dodd could not have been nicer, offering my daughter and myself complimentary samples of the hair products which we had commented on. She spent time getting to know us and we all had a nice chat. All in all we both highly recommend the DREAM SPA to anyone who expects superb quality & professionalism without a lot of fussy & ridiculous “Spa attitude”. It was a dreamy day.

I love Dream Spa and have been going here for years. Stephanie is the only person I trust to do my hair - she always gets my cut and color just right. Dream puts a lot of effort into customer service and it shows. Often Im offered extra services - a complimentary manicure or pedicure - if they have time available for the services. The spas decor is chic and relaxing. Ive had several massages at Dream and have been impressed each time. All in all just what youd look for in a day spa - great customer service, a clean and comfortable setting, and high-quality service.

If you havent been to this Spa/salon already, read this. The best of the best awaits you at Dream—both in Westport & Greenwich, CT. I love the variety of services, the quality of the services and products, the professional staff and lets not forget the beautiful environment. Perfect to relax in and beautify. You will not be disappointed.

Dream Spa Westport is, quite simply, the most welcoming, professional, and client-focused day spa in Fairield County -- and possibly anywhere! I was a regular when I lived in Westport and still make the trip from Guilford for Jeannies mani-pedi, and fabulous massages and facials with other extraordinary professionals. I cant say enough about the quality of service, impeccable design, and a staff that goes the extra mile to make my dreams come true!!
