H Salon is the epitome of an upscale salon, with the look and feel of sophistication, but without the pretentious attitude that usually accompanies salons of this caliber. Owners Marissa and Jackie have created an aesthetically beautiful atmosphere, which, upon entering, becomes a most welcoming and warm oasis to their clients. The talented group of stylists they have assembled will happily cater to your every need, and this full service salon offers everything from cut, color, highlighting, color-correcting, straightening, conditioning treatments, waxing, and expert makeup application. When you leave the salon, you not only look beautiful, but you feel beautiful and relaxed. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the ultimate in salon experiences. Most importantly, despite the fact that I have been a client for years, I am always treated as if I am a new client. They make you feel special.

Im from FL and in CT working on a consulting project. Needed my hair cut and colored and found Marisa at H Salon. What a nice person (and golfer!) and the salon is very well run. The first time she cut my hair she did a better job than my stylist in FL - and my home salon is the highest rated salon in Sarasota. I went back 6 weeks later for another cut plus color this time and she did an amazing job. The only negative from my two experiences at H Salon is that Im now a little dissatisfied with my stylist in FL!

H Salon is great. I had been going to the same salon/stylist for many, many years and was in a rut. I randomly made an appointment at H Salon with Marissa and have been back twice since. The salon is welcoming, the staff is friendly and Marissa is experienced and talented. She is easy to talk to, she listens to what I want in a style and makes good recommendations. My whole family has been here. I get my hair colored once a month and cut every other. The girls are always attentive and do a great job. My boys, (20 and 15) are very comfortable there as well as my 17 year old daughter who is sure that the stylist will give her exactly what she asks for in a style. Most are very experienced and if they are not, the owners over-see them. I would not hesitate to recommend H Salon!

Fairfield After Dark

My hairdresser Cynthia had her own place in downtown Bridgeport. When she closed her shop and moved to H Salon, I of course followed! H Salon has an amazing staff, great atmosphere and talented group of stylists. While there to see Cynthia, I see all ages, all styles both men and women and they all turn out amazing.

Once and never again! Despite so many many positive recommendation. I have (had) shoulder length curly hair and wanted to have it cut 1-2 inches in stages. The result was frightful! She cut my hair to 4 inches length and the curls were gone! I have now short hairs and have to live with the next few months, terrible.
