The place is pretty but the ventilation is terrible. It smelled like burning hair super gross. I went there for many months for color treatment and by the time I should have been where I wanted to be it seemed that I was regressing. For example, when your roots are finally the color you want and the time after their darker then the last I have to wonder what goes on. Although I enjoyed my stylist she knew I was not happy and never admitted to fault or compensation. This place is the most expensive place Ive got my hair done and I must have invested $2,000 in the 7 months I was going there always to leave unsatisfied. Very disappointed. I was taken advantage of. I have seen found elsewhere to go for half the price and they do a better job.

Thankful for a coworkers rec to visit. Dylan for color, Jordan for cut/blow outs. Fantastic ladies, great customer care, really listens to likes/ dislikes, came up with great solutions for me. Two visits, same great results. Note: All metered parking, bring quarters.
