Let me start by saying I really loved Ortanic. The staff was friendly but I was naive. I purchased 22 inch itip extensions and had them put in. Loved them! I had them adjusted around 2 weeks ago and I was under the impression everything was great with them and my scalp. They started to get cumbersome and hot so I requested them be taken out. I was convinced to trim them. The trim was botched, I had patients comment about how it looked like a child took scissors to my head, it was way too short. I spoke with the owner and she offered another haircut. Why would I want another cut when it was botched and now I have $1300 worth of garbage on my head? I went elsewhere. As the extensions are being removed, there was mold growth. MOLD. Dont forget that I had my hair adjusted two weeks ago and haircut and washed a few days ago. Never was told I had to blow dry my hair every time I washed it and the stylist didnt see this? NEVER GO HERE.

Ive been getting my eyelash extentions done by Monique for almost a year now and have been extremely happy with the results. She makes my lashes look perfect and I get compliments on them all the time. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that the length and volume of your extentions are not just what you are looking for, but are going to maintain the health of your natural lashes and give you the best results over time. Ive seen Aylin once before and she does a great job also. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service. Booked wedding party for 9 in April 2016. Salon cancelled 3 days before without any advice on where to go. Ultimate airbrush west Hartford came to rescue awesome salon. However when we booked with Ortanic we were sold thepackage deal of 3 went to go and use the service and was told it expired was never informed that they expired in a year isnt that illegal

The owner is so unprofessional and rude. Ortanics offers Groupon deals all the time there, but are disappointed when you actually try to use them! My appointment was cancelled several times after I booked it. I will never use this place again or recommend it to anyone.

I love Ortanic! Monique (owner) is a pleasure to work with and so accommodating. Ive done the La Brasiliana keratin treatments, highlights, and spray tans here and all the services were incredible. I absolutely recommend Ortanic!
