I discovered Refresh Spa & Salon through "Living Social". I purchased two coupons for a Refresh Lift Facial on January 30, 2013 for my sister and me. After a few snafus, such as people not calling me back and being scheduled for a time when there was no aesthetician (after taking the day off from work), I found out that they just opened last weekend. But, just when I was thinking that I got scammed, Laura stepped up to the plate and saved my experience. She came in when it was not her time to come in. As she led me to the room for my facial, I noticed that the spa was beautifully decorated. There was definitely an air of calm and peace about the place. She was friendly and professional, describing what she was doing every step of the way. The table was warmed just right and very comfortable. Even though my sister had to reschedule, I do believe that Refresh Spa has worked the bugs out. And, although I dont know anything about the rest of the aestheticians, I highly recommend Laura. She personally turned my experience around to enjoyable. I think that the Refresh Spa & Salon will succeed. I will go back again.

In 2 months I lost 17 lbs and 12 inches from my stomach. I decreased my BMI, and total % body fat. I found The Refresh Rejuvenating Spa and Salon on Groupon for Lipolight sessions. After meeting Dr. Zilahy I realized I was about to start a total body transformation. He reviewed my diet and recommended the Metagics, Healthy Transformation Diet. I started off buying 4 lipolight sessions at a time, but ended up doing a total of 15, due to the dramatic results. To get the most of my sessions I increased my activity from 3 to 4-5 times a week (walking, jogging, running intervals). I am a single mom with 2 boys and a nurse working 2 jobs. So I know crazy hours, busy and exhaustion. But I am blown away by the dramatic results. Dr Zilahy is very passionate making healthy changes in lives. The results and staff inspired me to work hard. The location is newly renovated and beautiful, quiet, relaxing and tranquil.

Ive been very excited about the opening of Refresh Spa and Salon, so, I recently went for my first appointment for a color treatment and highlight. Since first impressions are very important, I must say I was delighted when I walked into the elegant salon which has been designed with a stylish and sophisticated eye. I was a bit nervous trying a new salon and stylist but and I can honestly say I received the most professional service, the best color treatment, with the prettiest most natural highlights I can remember having in years. The staff was super friendly, very enthusiastic and welcoming. I was given a tour of the spa area which has a beautiful serene ambiance and feels completely relaxing and inviting. The salon and spa looks gorgeous and feels really special. I felt great when I left, so I look forward to spreading the word and most certainly will go back.

I just want to let everyone know about Dr. Zilahys wife, Sharon. She is an amazing and talented person, who ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help her clients. I am currently one of Sharons clients. I originally started with healthy transformations, and now I am on First Line Therapy nutritional program. I am proud to say I have lost almost 40lbs since June!! This was one of the easiest lifestyle changes I have made because she has enabled me, supported me, and encouraged me to do better for myself number one and secondly for my family. I am sure there will be there ups and downs along the way, but with an amazing nutritionist I am sure I can accomplish anything. I went for LipoLite treatments because I was a little overweight and had too much belly fat. The treatments worked wonders! I lost a lot of that darn belly fat. My shorts and pants became too big in that area. Also, Dr. Zilahy guided me toward a better diet regiment and more exercise ( walking immediately after the LipoLite treatments sessions as well as walking between treatments ). I now eat healthier and exercise regularly through walking four or five times per week. I went from 136.5 pounds to 113.5 pounds in a few months and have been able to keep to that weight a year after I started the LipoLite treatments, diet and exercise. I still continue with the diet and exercise. Thank you Dr. Zilahy!

I have been going once a month for the past three months for various facial treatments and each experience has been wonderful. Estheticians, Mary and Laura, are very friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier with the results from the facials, peels and microdermabrasion treatments. My goal was to improve my complexion and I achieved that after my first visit. I will continue to go once a month to preserve a more youthful and natural appearance and to slow the aging process. I have been using both Sothy’s and DNA Skin Care products that are offered at Refresh for about three months and have had great results.

I had the most amazing experience. After a long day I came in for a facial. I had the Refresh lift it is one of their signature facials. I was very tense and dont relax easily but the moment I arrived I was whisked away by their highly professional staff to the most tranquil setting. There I met Mary who performed the Refresh lift which ultimately changed me forever. I felt as though I was on a cloud levitating in deep peace. The concept of time an space erased from my conscience were I practically fell asleep. This is not your regular facial at all!! I was truly pampered!! Thank you ReFresh Team!!

Everything about this place is 5 stars. You can feel confident in any service you choose they only hire the best and use the best, cleanest products. I started coming here for facials and started using their DNA skincare products, and in a few months my skin cleared up and I now get compliments on how clear it is all the time. Ive also gotten some amazing haircuts/blowouts/and makeup done by their stylists. The owners Sharon and Dr. Zilahy are extremely nice and always wanting to get to know their clients and help them achieve any health/beauty goals. I recommend this place to everyone.

I can not thank this Spa enough! I had a sever skin condition on my face, my dermatologist couldnt understand why it was so dry. After just a few weeks of treatment at the Spa, the staff corrected the dryness. They are professional, courteous and a wonderful group!!!. I would strongly recommend Watertowns best kept secret, and if for any reason you read a bad review, I can only imagine it sour grapes from an ex employee because honestly everyone I speak to loves this Spa!
