The first two times I went here and say Taylor she was great. The third time I went here was a bad experience. I asked for a high and lo light of caramel and hazelnut and walked out as a beach blond bombshell. Not the look I was going for. After spending $145 on my hair with a $30 tip and not pleased, I called back to get it fixed. I couldnt justify paying that much and not liking my hair. When I went in to get it fixed they toned it down and it was tolerable for me. However, the assistant who was drying me up was told to stop drying my hair and to only dry the front of it as they had another client coming in. I left the salon with a soaking wet head! Very unpleased all around. The customer service from the owner was poor. I will not be returning there. If i knew the second experience was going to be like that I would have much rather have gotten a refund then returning to get it fixed.

Jules is hands-down the most amazing stylist in Connecticut. I have been with her for approximately 7 years now and have always been extremely pleased with her work. In fact, all of my friends have now transfered to her salon after seeing my results through the years. Jules coloring and cutting skills are phenomenal. She also does great "updos" for weddings and other important events. Jules is fun, creative and always stays on top of new techniques, trends, products and beauty tools. She is friendly and makes everyone feel at home in her beautiful salon. Finally, while Jules often offers thoughtful input on coloring and styling, she always listens to her clients.

I have had the privelege knowing Jules for a few years now. Her salon is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and when you sit in her chair...you are in great hands. Her positive energy and love for what she does makes her shine. Her skill is precise.I love her color line and her products. I followed Gina from the Paul Mitchell academy. She is always smiling and her talent is amazing. I think when you go to a salon, you should leave feeling beautiful and anticipating your return visit. My hair has always been extremely thick and unruly. For years I bounced around from hairdresser to hairdresser and wasted so much money on disappointing cuts. When I found Gina, she knew EXACTLY what to do with my hair, how to cut it, style it, and even enhance the color. I have received so many compliments on my hair and I fell in love with how Gina styles it. The entire salon is so nice and welcoming. I always feel like I belong there from the moment I walk through the door. The service is great and they listen to what YOU want. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Brunette walked out with the dreaded brassy highlights. So disappointed. I came to the salon with a groupon. The first time the hightlights didnt take on the right side of my head. Came back to the have the right half fixed and was made to wait a half hour before I was taken. Jules then re-hightlighted the right side of my head and sent me over to another technician to finish me. I felt like an imposition and was not given my due. Now I have brassy highlights on half my head. Obviously, I wont be back. Brunettes stay away!

I have visited this salon twice so far. Love it! Beautiful place, I really stands out as above and beyond any other salon in the area. All the products are of great quality. I have seen both Val and Jules for haircuts. I have very thick, coarse, dry Mediterranean hair. I usually have a hard time finding a place that works well with my hair type. I have not been disappointed one bit! Both haircuts were great. Amazing, actually! The staff is wonderful, courteous and stylish -- I will certainly be going back!

Ive worked in two salons since i graduated hairdressing school and Ive never been happier or more at peace working with Jules. She is down to earth, caring and would give the shirt off her back for any of her stylists and clients. Ive learned amazing techniques and cant wait to travel with her for the education we have planned. Also JJ the extensions specialist is amazing. My hair is so short and she and Jules took the time to put in 200+ extensions in my hair so I can have long sexy hair. I love them!

Gina is one of the most talented ladies Ive ever had style/color/cut my hair. She is not only talented, but a pleasure to be around. Her attitude is amazing, she has such drive and passion for her work and it shows. Her excitement and energy is contagious. Gina makes you look fabulous while ensuring her clients have an amazing experience that will leave them feeling as good as they look! Id recommend her to all of my closest friends and family!

Jules is a hair artist! I have been going to Jules salon since the beginning of 2017 - not only is my hair in a much healthier condition, the color looks fantastic - matches my complexion and looks natural. I get so many compliments on it! Jules prices are very reasonable for the quality of her art. I have paid much more for less quality in the past but no more! Book early! Appointments fill up quick and no wonder!

Ive known Gina for years and when I saw the pictures she was posting of her clients hair and how amazing the end result was I contacted her right away and she fit me right into her schedule. She knew exactly what to do with my hair, gave me the perfect cut and color and STILL looks awesome. She knows what she is doing and makes you feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Jules Salon is a great place! Its professional and has a friendly environment. I have been with Gina for about 2 years now. I wont let anyone else do my hair. I a drive an hour to come see her each way and it is well worth it. She always does a fantastic job. She knows the right color mixtures and styles my hair so it always looks awesome! I wont go to anyone else anywhere else!

I especially love that she can create the look that you want, tailoring it to your style,and make it look perfect for you! I have been going to Jules for around 8 years now and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. She truly is the best! Her haircuts always make you feel amazing and require little to no styling. She is amazing with the scissors and you will definitely be happy with any cut or color. I also recently got hand painted highlight and they look amazing.

Ive been salon hopping for years now trying to find somewhere i can attach myself to. I had the priveledge of meeting this beautiful young woman named Gina. Not only is she absolutly amazing at what she does but she has a vibrant, warming personality. Really goes the extra mile for your experience and i highly recommend her!!
