Tom did my hair last time and hes just way too rough. Even the hair washing hurt!! Its supposed to be the best part!! When he colored my hair (im a brunette) he managed to get dye all over my forehead and ears. So, to correct this he grabs a towel and scrubs my face...didnt feel good at all! Im grimacing with pain the whole time. He picks up on my discomfort and says, "you gave birth, didnt you?". I think he was trying to be funny but seriously, Im not your friend Im a paying customer who deserves better. So now, I drive all the way to Adam Broderick in Ridgefield...its so worth the drive and the couple of bucks more. They have great customer service, professionalism and talent. I had the best hair massage ever and not a drop of dye on my skin.

I was living in Manhattan for several years, but it took me a long time even there to get a great haircut, so I was very worried when I moved to CT. I tried to keep my same hair stylist in New York even after moving, but I finally decided to try my brothers hair stylist. I could always tell when my brother had gone to Salon 25 and when he went to another salon because his hair looked so much better after his Salon 25 visits. Anyway, I have been super happy with my hair since my first Salon 25 visit last year. I look fabulous when I leave the salon and it stays looking great long after. I see Ralph and he is awesome.

Holly is awesome! I would recommend her to anyone. Not only is she super friendly but she is also a great hair stylist. I will continue going to her at this hair salon.
