I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that I placed on a deck railing while I went to get something to eat. Someone didnt see it and went to sit on the railing...end result, Samsung Galaxy falls face down on the concrete. The screen was smashed and it looked unrepairable. I took it to CPR Repair and they were remarkably helpful and said that they could repair it. Next day, they called, I picked up my phone and you would never know it had been smashed at all. And I was surprised at how little it cost. I hope I keep my phone intact, but if I dont, Id gladly go back to CPR.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure that they help you have a memorable experience. The prices are also very reasonable. The manager Mike took good care of me and ensured that my daughter and myself got great phones at an amazing price. First off, I shattered my iPhone 6 Plus screen and got it fixed here. It was fast and in a timely manner, however they charged me for a part that they broke while taking off my screen saying it was because of the static and that just happens. I was disappointed with them because not only did they charge me for my screen but the part that they broke. The front camera on my phone was now blurry from the repair and the home button was loose which made the finger recognition not work. All in all I was very disappointed

I had a Apple Iphone that suffered an unfortunate meeting with the sidewalk and the screen was shattered. I contacted CPR in the morning, they verified they had the parts to repair my phone, I couldnt make it to the store until 5:30 pm but they were still able to fix my screen before they closed same day! Even gave me a fantastic price on screen protector and a case that would prevent this from happening again! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend them!

I wish I I could give this less than a one star. I was asked if everything on my phone worked before I brought it in. I advised that it did. When I got the phone back the fingerprint did not work on my iPhone 6. I advised and was told that its an apple thing and it might work after an update. This was told to me AFTER I paid. I believe it should have been told before the work was done.

Took 2 tablets there. They fixed one in a week and a half. Still waiting for the other one,its been almost a month. Every time we call,they have an excuse to why its not done. Every time we talk to them they promise it will be another few days,but when we go to pick it up,still not finished.

broke the charge door on my Galaxy5, found CPR on the internet and went there. they gave me an estimate,very reasonable, since it came with a lifetime warranty. offered to do it while i waited. Very satisfied with their service, will return for another repair or another phone!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. They deserve 0 stars. I gave them my phone and they never fixed it. I went in and they took 30 minutes to give it back to me. They screen looked the same way it did when i brought it in.
