I read all of the great reviews and took my laptop to this guy several years ago. He quoted a price for replacing the keyboard and CMOS battery. I didnt want to take the laptop apart to change the CMOS battery, but a chimp could replace a keyboard. He kept it weeks longer than he said, and was rude every time I called to see if it was done. Finally, he said it was done, but he did not replace the CMOS battery. He refused to drop the price of the original estimate that included a battery and labor. He claimed he went over the laptop to make sure it was in top running condition with no viruses, etc., and he deserved the money. He claimed I had no virus protection and I was negligent. I brought it home, and as soon as I booted it went to blue screen. I eventually got it started and determined that my antivirus program was installed but corrupted. It said my last update was 1967. The space bar key didnt work. The OS required hours of updates and crashed incessantly. The OS had to revert to OEM original. The keyboard was shoved in crooked, and was concave. Keys kept popping off. He said I had 7 days to bring it back or pack sand. I was 35 miles away and ill, so I packed sand. Still aggravates the heck out of me, and I wonder how he gets kudos from so many satisfied customers. I also wonder what HIS reaction would be if he took his car in for an estimate and they failed to replace the battery and charged it for it anyway. I was going to do this review a few weeks after it happened and took photos of the crooked keyboard to prove my case. I didnt want to do business with a guy that thinks it is OK to not honor a parts and labor estimate, so I never looked back. Call in the morning and you will find out just how professional this guy really is.

I give one star because it wont allow 0 stars. Worst place Ive ever encountered. I brought in two laptops to sell for parts and waited 1 week for a response. After 2 days I called and was told their hard drives were bad and he could fix them. After I told him I was only interested in selling because my husband could fix them but didnt have time, he wasnt interested in my business and told me he would put them back together. He told me hed have them together and give me a call because he was busy with paying customers. A week later I called to pick my laptops up and got one back broken. I brought in one working with a broken screen and the other worked fine but needed to be reset since it got locked by my younger brothers friend. Now the computer wont even go to the password screen and is completely unusable. I called and told the guy in the. Workshop and he said brought them in broken and it was like that. He told me he would fix it and I sent my brother with the computer since I have a 3 month old and could not go back and he told my brother he would not fix it. What a joke, very poor customer service, rude and not worth your business. Go to any other place but here.

Tech Pros fixed both my wifes and my Mac book, he was able to save us from having to buy new computers and was even able to upgrade the old hardware in the computer. I originally took my Mac to best buy where they said that they couldnt service my computer because it was too old and that I need to buy a new computer. They also informed me that anything on the hard drive was shot and all of the data was non recoverable. Tech Pros took my Mac, which was old, and they were able to be recover all of the data/pictures on the hard drive, as well as fix and update my computer to run just as fast as when I first purchased it back in 2006. I was very pleased with the return time on the computers as well as the quality and price in service. They even backed up all of my data to ensure that nothing would be lost in the future. I will definitely be using Tech Pros in the future and recommend them. Great customer service, keep up the good work

Hello Everyone. I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful job Tech Pros did for me. I literally had a computer that was sabotaged. It was missing wires, the processor was bent out of shape, and the CPU bay was cracked. It was simply a mess, but to my surprise Tech Pros had an answer. They went out of their way to make my existing parts work and replaced everything else I needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars. No joke! Not only did they do all that, but they also walked me through every step of what had happened, and went on to not only explain to me even more about my computer, but also to give me some great tips to keep my computer working properly. The price im guessing is almost unbeatable. I would have payed triple with geek squad. I would obviously recommend them. I really have no reason to go anywhere else.Thanks.

I found Teach Pros on line and am extremely pleased with the service I received. I called and was told to bring in my laptop for an evaluation. I expected the worst, the mother board. I took it in and met Lou, he started taking apart my machine, while I went to a store looking for shoes. He called me as I was leaving that store and asked me to come back. The inside was a dirty mess and he told me that the video chip was bad and he had a box that would permit him to replace the chip like factory. Two days later I went and picked it up. Lou cleaned it up in more ways that one and it works perfectly again. Tremendous and honest service from a really nice guy, and much less than I thought it would cost. I recommend Tech Pros for efficient and honest service and a really nice guy.

Highly Recommended! I had a great experience with Tech Pros Computer Repair just recently. My Gateway FX Series PC of over 8 years of mistreatment and neglect finally stopped working, it just wouldnt power up any longer. Since this was originally a powerful rig, I wanted to test the waters and see if it could be salvaged. Tech Pros got me up and running again with extensive repairs (practically had to rebuild the machine) and amazingly stayed within a very tight budget that I had set aside for the work. I was very pleased with the experience and walked away with a working PC and some new knowledge that I used to upgrade the RAM on my main PC without any issues.

Just a few days ago I went in to see the owner of this business Lou about updating my computer so I could play some of the higher end games. He really helped me choose the right combination of motherboard and computer case that would be compatible with the ram, video card and power supply I already had. I had a very specific budget and time frame I wanted my computer fixed in and Lou did a fantastic job in getting me the best in my budget even earlier then I thought possible. I highly recommend Lou to anyone that is looking to fix or upgrade there computers. I will be going back to him anytime I want my computer to be upgraded further.
