Just got off the phone with this place. Inquired for a screen only repair for a note 5. Was quoted $120 plus tax for repair. I then asked for them to come down on price bc the cost of part is $25 and advised them that they are marking me up $100 for service. They put me on hold for 3 mins and then advised me that the price is firm. Those who read this can make their own judgement before doing business with this outfit.

The location of this place is close to me, but Id rather deal with someone a 20 minute drive away that respects patrons and customer satisfaction. Highly unprofessional. Their competition is far more professional. Go to Scorpion Computers or Wise Guy Computer Repair. Either place will treat you with decency and respect, even if youre just asking questions.
