Excellent and honest. An actual repair service- My 2011 generation iMac gets moved around often for watching movies and I managed to knock it off a small table and onto its face. It made a terrible alarm sound and on restart the screen was dead. I took the machine to Adam the next day. (He didnt even give me a look when I told him I knocked the computer off a table.) He opened it up while I waited, went to work troubleshooting with a volt meter and found a tiny surface mount fuse that was blown. I went for lunch and one hour later my computer was working. If I had taken it to Apple I am sure they would have kept it for a week, told me I needed an entire new screen and would have priced the repair high enough to make me consider buying a new computer. ITElite is not the Apple store, and thats a good thing. Adam knew where to look, what to look for and how to make the repair without replacing entire expensive components. Excellent, fast and polite service.
