So I was rear ended in a car accident and was recommended by my insurance company USAA to go to this auto body center because theyre in there "trusted network". When I arrived to get my estimate I informed them not to roll my driver window down because it was broken. (had it fixed once and it broke again). They didnt pass it on to the mechanics and they rolled it down and it fell out of the track. Not a big deal people make mistakes they removed the panel and got it back in the track for me. About 4 days later Im told I can take my truck in to finally get fixed, the parts have arrived and the insurance company sent them the money. They got the truck fixed a day quicker than I expected. Look brand new not going to lie. But My driver window was out of the track again. Not only did this happen once before but I reminded them of the issue after dropping it off the second time. Once again things happen. After bringing it up to the mechanic when he pulled it around he said hed get his manager to discuss it. The manager came out right off the bat with attitude. Saying the truck was dropped off with the window down. After explaining to him the window was broken but it was in the full up position and I informed them of the issue he said "his mechanics wouldnt of rolled it down and I need to learn how to take care of my vehicles better and not blame others for my problems". I explained to him I didnt want them to fix the window that was already broken just help from a mechanic to place the window back in the track a 5 minute fix with a screw driver (I know because I timed it when I got home). He agreed if I brought it back the next day he would but he didnt have anyone available 20 minutes before they closed. Not sure if he assumed I was trying to get free maintenance or what but I just wanted a simple hand to temp fix an issue they made worse. If your told by your insurance company to go here save your self the issue Management there is rude. Will not ever go back there

I sent my truck in for a bumper swap as a large medical van backed into the vehicle. I was told by Jenny same day pick up and a shuttle ride as I declined the rental. I call near of the day to confirm my shuttle ride because I never heard back and the vehicle was not touched. OK next day I call near the end of the day to confirm my shuttle ride back to my truck. I was told 4:30, the shop closes at 5pm, at 5:05pm I dont have a ride. I call and spoke to a few people. NO ONE was told by Jenny I needed a ride. The manager was kind enough to drive my truck to my house. I thank him for that gesture. Jenny needs some training or retraining as she is making those around her look bad.

My car has been at Winner Ford for 3 weeks for a relatively minor body repairs. On my first call to them to check on the status of my car i WAS TOLD BY THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THAT i WAS"AT THE BOTTOM OF HER LIST TO CALL". iMAGINE THE WARM FUZZY FEELING i GOT FROM MY FIRST CALL!!! Then I didnt receive call backs when they said they would ON 3 different occasions. I would have to call them the following day only to hear that it is not done. It has been in the paint shop since last Thursday. I am not happy with the customer service at all and would not recommend them to anyone.

my car was in an accident, insurance company suggested i take it to winner ford, i agreed, bad move. the body work looked good, i will admit, but the paint was all screwed up. the man said who ever painted it last used cheap paint????? He admitted putting it in the oven with plastic on it and it left horrible marks on it. He said they could try and buff it out, My thoughts, how can you buff something out when its baked on????? Still have the car will write another review after i get the car back.

Autobody shop is ridiculous. I was told the car was in paint, followed by assembly, followed by thecar was in paint and then they told me they needed to order parts. Once I queried the shop about the nonsense, the lady on the phone told me she didnt have time for my bullshit questions and then hung on me. After recalling, she was very rude and snappy at me

I had my vehicle repaired at the dover location and the entire staff was pleasant, helpful and timely in responses. When my car was returned to me, it was spotless, the workmanship was perfect and I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family!!! Thank you Winner Dover!!!
