Brandywine Coach Works appeared to be great at first. They were nice while I was still deciding where i wanted to take my car but once i decided to use them EVERYTHING CHANGED. Thankfully this is covered by insurance. Theyll give you unrelated parts to the incident (new mud flaps for a busted front bumper?), then not even check my oil and send me home with a car that broke down before i got out of West Chester. When I called and talked to the manager he said "well we are not supposed to check the oil". Well if you want complimentary breath mints and a thank you card, which they almost comically place in your car after they are done, I would suggest the Walmart card section. The mints must be for the sour taste you get in your mouth when your car breaks down from their work and they act like its not their problem.

Brandywine Coach Works of Chadds Ford did a great job on my Focus ST. I was hit from a red light runner. Rose, management and MOST of the staff are very friendly. Along with my ins company who was also great. The only complaint I had was they didnt really clean my car well after some brake fluid spilled on in the firewall during the repair (from when they filled it) in the engine bay making me think it was coming out. So I had to have it towed again to make sure the brakes wouldnt fail. They took care of me and my car. They cleaned the area checked it out and all is well. I do enjoy the work have done as my car runs great. Would recommend them for your auto repair needs. Thank you Brandywine Coach Works.

My Mercedes was backed into while it was in my parking spot. Long story short the person left the scene of the accident. So I pulled a little maneuver and faked him out and all of a sudden he came back and gave his information. Pulled the ruse baby!! Lol However, this body shop is got to be the most professional place Ive ever been to. Also the car looks like it was never hit at all. I wish I could give 20 stars. They fully detailed it when they were finished and even applied rain X on my windshield to make it easier to drive in the rain. I will never go anywhere else. Keep up the great work

Jeanne, Rose, and Sam are remarkable. They handle your claim with the highest possible professionalism I have yet to see in this industry. They went above and beyond to take care of every detail of the process. I cannot recommend them more. Jeanne is always quick to answer any questions you may have and is also efficient at making your experience extraordinary. The work they did on my bmw was incomprehensible. The car looks like it just rolled off the lot. They are simply the best.
