3 years ago, my vehicle was rear ended and I took my car to Keenan to be repaired per insurance recommendations. It was repaired in record time and it was like new again. I have had the unfortunate experience of being involved in 2 accidents within 3 months this year. The first accident totaled my car. Keenan was professional and courteous and helped me through the process. In the second accident, I was rear-ended by another vehicle, which in turn pushed my vehicle into the one in front of me. Keenan kept me updated daily on the status of the repairs, sending text messages and calling me. My accident happened 2 weeks ago. My car is ready to be picked up today! The repairs are done. They do a beautiful job! I cant wait to pick up my car! I would highly recommend them, not only for their work, but the employees there are awesome!

I dropped off my Subaru Impreza on a Tuesday after a bit of a fender bender. They were very helpful and also set me up with a rent-a-car from Hertz next door. With a short, holiday week; Keenan still had my car finished by the following Thursday. I was provided with regular status updates along the way. This included an update that parts were purchased from Rafferty Subaru right down the road, a pleasant surprise! I was also provided care instructions for the next 90 days and the car was clean as can be inside and out. I would definitely recommend Keenan to anyone in the area.

I recently had a great experience at Keenan Auto West. The staff was completely professional and friendly. I would consider myself a demanding customer with expectations that are typically difficult to meet. The people at Keenan exceeded my expectations. Also, I sought out several prices for a scratched hood and several other minor issues and theirs was the best by a good margin. Cant say anything more than that ... Professional, Friendly, Quality, Good Price
