I brought my car in for a minor bumper repair and was given an initial quote of over $500 more than what I actually paid for same day service elsewhere ... and was patiently waiting for an alternate quote for "paintless dent repair" from a moonlighting dent repair tech which I was told would be around noon. Noon came and went and I recd no such contact. Furthermore, this location is very difficult to locate - even with GPS. Also, the parking area is steep at parts and youre liable to bottom your car out particularly if your car is lower to the ground as mine is (thankfully I did not). I initially would have given this place a one star review; however, they did educate me on "paintless dent repair" which saved me hundreds. If youre patient and do not value customer service, this place is decent enough; however, there are plenty of other locations in the area that provide much more customer care and lower prices at the same, if not better, quality of repair.

Worth experience I ever had! with this location Maaco(Basin Rd). I got a strong impression all they good for- m get money out of insurance, and if some one has to pay out of his own pocket- this Maaco will make feel invisible. To start with- receptionist made me appointment for free estimate and I was there in time. Guy who should be doing estimating did not show up for good 10 min and then , when he came out to see my car, first question was who will pay,. When I did explain I will do it on my own- he went to office, and started do phone business on other car repair. I was staying by the door another 15 min with explanation when will be my estimating done . Then I just left . What a great service hah!! how can possibly trust those people if they make you feel small and non important even on my appointment scheduled time!!

Anthony was excellent, professional, and friendly. The staff was excellent as well. The car looks brand new and I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of body work that needed to get done, and they took care of every single thing that was on the list. I am so glad I took it to this shop, instead of the others. So far everyone that seen the car, before and after, are praising the work that you guys did. They even detailed the inside of the car, which I wasnt expecting for them to do. I have a 98 BMW 528i and people that has seen it have sworn it was a 06 or 07, the only way you can tell is the older models have the box shape. I highly recommend the Allentown shop, you will be happy with the results. My mechanic has seen the work on my car, and has stated that his wifes car needs work, and he plans on bringing to their shop. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANTHONY YOU AND YOUR TEAM ARE THE BEST............

Ive been dealing with Anthony at Maaco for over 12 years. Since day one every car or project has been excellent! Dont even get me started on how fast they are. Super fast. This business has the best staff and the knowledge to get the job done. As i am a dealer now i paint even more cars and the quality and turnaround hasnt changed one bit. I have dealt with alot of companies over the years but not one has kept my business other then Maaco. I know i can drop a car off and sleep at night knowing the car will be done fast and correct. I always leave with a smile and you will too. These guys are great!!!On my way over there now to drop off yet another car. Car number 250.5 stars all the way

I had a great experience with this Maaco. I had my daughters PT Cruiser, her first car, that had the clear coat peeling off all over and its high miles so I didnt want to spend a lot of money to get this painted. This was a project car for my daughter and me to make it the way she wanted. They were great helping us and quoting a good price i couldnt turn down. I was a little anxious of how it would turn out but man does her car look good. No complaints here. They did a great job. Thanks

I took my car here to get a bumper repaired. I was only home for a week so I needed them to complete the job in a few days. They told me they could do it, and despite receiving a faulty part, were able to get the car to me in the specified time. The car looked fantastic, and the price was less than other body shops in the area. The owner was very helpful and friendly. A family owned business to be sure. I highly recommend if you need quality, affordable service in a timely manner.

Anthony did an AMAZING job with my 3 series BMW. I went to him as a last resort after being jerked around by the insurance company, and other body shops phony estimates. He fought like a champ for me, and got me all the money I needed from the insurance company . Every. last. dollar. He even picked me up, and dropped me off at my rental car. . When I came to pick up the car, it was washed and shining. I can definitely say he made a friend. Thanks Anthony. I appreciate it !

They missed 2 spots on my car while painting it. When asked if they can fix it so the primer wouldnt show, they told me that its not under warranty. Well its not warranty work when I didnt even leave with the car yet. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The workers are rude. And the pricing they advertise on TV is false. They have Many hidden fees. Dont waste your money. Go somewhere that appreciates your business and that will do a good job. Im very disappointed

I had my 2004 Mustang Convertible Painted there this spring. I liked that Anthony was willing to discuss many options, like which grade of paint would be right for my color, type, and age of car, and how much of the bodywork should I do myself. I even got great advice on how to get the decals off without marking up the existing paint, and how to prep the new bumpers. The car came out looking great, and the price I paid was the price we agreed to up front.

Went to Anthony and his maaco to have my car 1 matching color and I was told that it needs a lot of work to have a car Ill be satisfied with. I told him I just wanted to paint it and that was it. He ended up putting extra work into it. My car looks better than I needed it too. I would recommend this shop for its attention to detail and great customer service. Their cheapest paint job has no overspray, minimal dimples, and an even coat. For sure a great deal.
