I had some pretty extensive damage to a new 2016 Tacoma. These guys did a really good job of putting it back together. The problem with this company that I faced is that they are really poor on the customer service and of things. For example, it was almost impossible to get any information from them or a call back when I had questions. There are many delays in the repair work, often attributed to the insurance company, but I had to leave message after message to get that information. Ive now had my truck for almost 6 months after the repairs and finally hit 8500 miles. Ive had to pay over $600 for rental fees because Malvern refused to return the calls of my rental agency. The charges ultimately fell to me. Even if this was an issue that the insurance company should have handled, they tell me that Malvern refuses their calls as well. Even though these guys do good repair work, I would never recommend them to anyone just for the solely because of the grief factor. Ill give them 2 stars because of the quality of the work.

This is easily the best auto body shop in the area. Everyone at Malvern Collision will take such good care of you! They have helped me with everything from minor detailing to larger repairs. You can trust that what they are telling you is the truth, and you arent being up-charged. They get everything gone in a timely manner and the work is excellent. You wont regret working with this family-owned business. I couldnt be more pleased with my experiences at Malvern Collision!

Due to logistical issues on my end, I didnt have my work done here (I live in South Jersey). But I met with (I think his name was Kevin) and he was super helpful and didnt try to prey on my ignorance. It was very clean and they were very friendly. And they have an office dog!
