I dropped my truck off on August 29th to have a deep scratch that ran the length of my truck repaired. A few days later I received word from my insurance company that the body shop had found more damage. I contacted Chris and he confirmed this, he also stated that they had to wait for extra parts for the additional work. I contacted Chris the next week for an update and he stated that they were just about to put my truck in the body shop to get started. I called a week later for an update and Chris again stated that they hadnt stated on my truck yet, but it should be in the body shop soon. I contacted Chris once again a week later and he stated that my truck should be going into the body shop that Thursday and should be back together early the next week. The following Wednesday after not hearing about my truck I contacted Chris once again. Again I was told that my truck would be going into the body shop and finished early the next week. It was then that I informed Chris that I would be moving the next week and I would be there to pick up my truck at the end of said week. Finally my truck was fixed after them having it for 33 days. Also I was wrongfully charged for a rental car after my insurance coverage period ended and Cavallo stated that they would pick up the rental fees. I now have had to dispute this charge with the credit card company because Cavallo refuses to correct the issue. While they do great work when they finally get around to it. Dont expect it to be done in a timely matter or expect that good of customer service. Update: I would like to thank CJ for reaching out to me and making the rental car situation right. I really appreciate it and will be bumping my review up 2 stars.

If you need auto body repairs and want pristine, quality work, go to Cavallos in West Chester and make sure you as for Sixto! This is the third time Ive requested Cavallos services and my first time working with Sixto. He was extremely professional, meticulous, thorough with the repair estimate, paid attention to every detail, listened to my concerns, kept me informed during the repairs, handled the insurance company, my rental vehicle and even went further: At the time of the repairs, my vehicle inspection and emissions had expired. Sixto took my vehicle to get inspected. Now that is service! These days, at any place of business, it is rare to find the type of customer service Sixto provided. My vehicle, 2013 BMW X6, looked like it just rolled off the factory line! The whole vehicle inside and out, not just the repairs, was immaculate! Cavallos always delivers perfection and definitely has the right staff to do so! Thank you Cavallos and Sixto for the exceptional service!

Im in the auto repair business and these are the guys I bring all my personal auto body work to. They make the process of dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency very smooth. The last work I had done was on my brand new truck and it looked as though it just came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend CJ and everyone at Cavallos.
