I chose to take my car to Sterling after someone hit me 2 years ago. It is still haunting me to this day that I went there. I had screws falling out and missing for 3 months from my bumper. I had to bring it back 2x. The third time they finally came and picked it up. Now I just had someone hit me again and the job that they did has been called crap from two new auto-body places. They charged me to replace the bumper but it actually was not replaced. They just covered it. They should be out of business!!

I had my 2010 camaro repaired here through my insurance company. Car came back great.. Just a couple things needed to be addressed still. Now today I had an unfortunate incident whereas I have to go there tomorrow to see if they can align my front facia.... But in further inspection of the bottom of the facia.... I see no screws?..... So what?... Was it always like this.., or was this after the repair and they forgot the screws...... Will find out tomorrow

I took my Mustang GT there for some body work after someone hit and ran from my car. From the moment I stepped in the door to appraise the damage, to text updates, all the way to the end where it was recommended to replace an alternator...tremendous experience coupled with great service. My car looks worse now than before I took it in. Allstate advised us to use this company. They took much longer than expected for a simple repair, didnt match color and parts are loose, even a light wasnt plugged back in. I would advise using another company

I went back to the Service King because they didnt fix it properly. However, I dont like sales persons attitude when I back to the shop. He was nice when I drop my car, but he wasnt when I back to the shop. Im not recommend this body shop to anyone.

absolute joke of a garage. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Work was subpar at best and took about 5 times the amount of time it usually would. Dont recommend to anyone.
