I had a very poor experience with this business.I was planning on using a space for my open landscaping trailer and vehicle. It seemed secure, everyone seemed really great at first, and it was right down the street from my house. Then the harassment phone calls started to me and my wife. Before I got my spot there was a bunch of junk on it, pallets, hot water heater, a dumbbell, etc. I was told it was going to be moved off... It never was. After a few weeks I received a phone call about my stuff and how it needed to be picked up, covered, etc (no one told me my things needed to be covered when I first rented the spot). I was like no problem and I did it. Then a week later my wife received a phone call about my things again. I went by to check it out and everything looked the same, so I called and the man who answered the phone was telling me I have to move the hot water heater and things. I informed the man that those things were not mine. He said he knew the pallets were his but not the hot water heater. First off, why was it ok for him to have 15 pallets laying around on rented space, but a hot water heater isnt ok? Number two, I told him that hot water wasnt mine, but I would be willing to take it away for him. After all that he still insisted it was mine. Why would I want to pay money to store an old hot water heater? With all that said, I am moving my stuff out asap to a storage business that is more hospital to their paying customers and less aggressive with the harassment. I have bigger and better things to worry about.

Ive been a client of Secure Self Storage for many years. Prior to moving my things to Rehoboth I had them stored elsewhere. Secure Self Storage in Rehoboth is far and away a superior facility compared to others Ive used. Secure Self Storage in Rehoboth currently has a fabulous staff - the facility is always clean, well maintained, secure, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Ive never had a problem and dont anticipate having one in the future. I have a climate controlled unit and it has great. I keep seasonal clothing, files, photos, etc and nothing has ever been damaged or lost. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage in Rehoboth - its worth the price to have peace of mind. The current manager, Barbara, runs a tight ship and keeps a good staff. They are always eager and willing to help.

clean and dry, but most of all secure just like their name describes SECURE SELF STORAGE in Rehoboth. after 9 months of containing our valuables in this wonderful facility, we continue to be positively satisfied with the service provided by this company. before making our commitment, i interviewed several other storage facilities in the Rehoboth/Lewes area. none of them came close to SECURE SELF STORAGE in price, cleanliness, ease of access, 24/7 accessibility, knowledge and friendliness of the staff and convenience. if you store your valuables here, you will be making a great choice!

They are the best. I have had my stuff in storage for over a year and I have no worries. Barbra the manager keeps me informed if there is anything major. I go out of the country sometimes and forget to authorized my account for the monthly payment and Barbra sends me a reminder. Most places would not do that and either take your stuff or sell it at auction. That is why Barbra is the best... The staff is also great because they keep the place clean and climate controlled, and safe... This is truly a place where you can store your stuff and not worry....

We LOVE Rehoboth Secure Self Storage! I found them on an Internet search an researched the facility, then made a call an spoke to Barb Karcher, from that first contact my husband and I felt so comfortable using this facility. Mind you we were moving in from another state and had never seen this facility! She was so knowledgeable and answered all questions and returned calls promptly. The area is always neat and tidy and we feel completely safe having our belongings there. I would highly recommend Barb and Rehoboth Secure Self Storage to everyone!!!!

We use this storage a great deal during the season as our mini-warehouse, its proximity and easy in and out on the highway has proved invaluable. The staff has always been so helpful, especially when its delivery time. The fact that our products are safe, close by, and easily grabbed on the way to any job is a huge plus for our company. The location is great for large truck deliveries too - easy for drivers to find with plenty of space to drop off goods. Also LOVE that its solar powered! They are there to help when in need and never gave an attitude when I was a little pain in the butt... as long as I have things to store I will keep using this place... I am building a new house and found some great deals on furniture. The people at All Saints Thrift raved about Self Storage of Rehoboth Beach. So I went over and signed up for a small unit. I now have a double unit and it is truly a blessing to have them. It is immaculate, safe and well run. I can access my unit 24/7 without issue. I would recommend Self Storage to anyone.
