I called to schedule a hitch installation, and the guy told me they had to order a part and would call me when it came in. 2 weeks later, still no word, so I called again. This time I got the Call Center, who informed me that the part must have come in, because it was showing in their inventory. So she scheduled me for the installation. I show up at the scheduled time, and they have no one on schedule to install my hitch. They take my number and tell me theyll call the next day to reschdule. The next day, surprise! No phone call! What a joke! I cant believe its this hard to get someone to take my money. I ordered the part for home delivery and will install it myself. What a disgrace, I will not go to this location for anything again.

These guys are first-class gentlemen. Communications ran smoothly thru reservations to pick-up and subsequent drop-off. No glitches and no surprises. High-tech, excellent truck rental experience. Sure made the hard work of moving a college student less painful. HIGHLY recommend this business !!
