Pretty shady business practices. Always paid on time for our family storage unit and in person at the office. My mother told them she was considering placing insurance on our possessions in the unit. Found out when we went into the storage unit this past March (after this conversation) that it had been broken into (last time we were there was December). Nobody at the office told us about this and denied having known about this issue, despite their "advanced security system", which appears to be little more than a chainlink fence with code pad access (and the gate stays open for a while after the code is entered). Once inside, there are apparently no cameras or anything, so the units are free game. We discovered the lock had been cut and the whole unit cleaned out. It was disappointing to know that this company boasts about their security, but fail to live up to it.
