Im quite dissappointed with the management at this location. Meredith (the owner) had opened up a second location in Hockessin for only a few months before she decided to close it...giving us a ONE DAY notice and only partially refunded us after she had said she would give us full refunds for the inconvenience. I do not like how the situation was handled nor do I like the way she made up lies about her former employees. I would recommend Crossfit Reconstructed (in Hockessin at the PAL center) or diamond state crossfit (Both were opened by former coaches of the Riverfront and I have attended classes taught by these coaches and they are excellent!)

Like all crossfit place this is a scam stop wasting your money the plates in cross are rubber they weigh a lot less then a real plate to be able to open a crossfit gym you need two days of class room training and nothing more if you really wanna build muscle and gain go to a real gym crossfit is dangerous unsafe and will get you no were

515 am rivfit class for a good way of starting your day! Some disparity in the quality of coaches but you can check their website and come when you want. We just need to add a doggie day care next to it or in their backyard for 100% satisfaction!
