I had 2 children enrolled in this gym over the last year and a half, my son who was enrolled in the advanced Parkour classes was constantly with intermediate students mixed in. These students who were not on the same level physically or mentally caused undo stress and many class disruptions. I took the time to change his class schedule due to one student in particular, although I had already complained several times concerning negative behavior on this other student. On the evening of August 19th, my son was in class when this particular student came in half way, there was an altercation, if words were exchanged I wasnt aware of it at the time. (I had already been to the front office 2x this evening concerning his class) I noticed my son walking off the floor and his comment was Im done, this due to the behavior of this other child. While walking out of the building my son came in contact with this student and pushed him out of the way, (I wasnt right there, but I heard him say keep moving) at this point this other childs grandparents became involved and of course it was all blamed on my son, again I had complained other times about this student. When calling the gym the next day I was informed due to my sons lack of respect, refusal to perform what the (teenage, lazy coach) was asking, display of anger in leaving that he was no longer welcome in the building. Id like to point out that I was in fact there during the entire class and my son did everything he was asked to do. Yes, I pulled him out as well as my daughter due to the lack of response or respect to my concerns for my son while in this gym. Ive never seen a gym that has such a huge turn over in coachs/employees, maybe thats what the problem is I dont know but coming from a parent of a child who has never had a disciplinary problem in school I find their resolution to August 19th unacceptable. When I asked about the other student, their response was, oh well talk to his parents as well. Horrible experience, I encourage all parents to look at other area gyms. *My son had at least 6 coach changes during the time he was enrolled. K. Fansler

We did a PreK class through Kent Parks and Rec. The four-class month was very repetitive - the kids did the same thing every time (stretched, jump in the center of trampoline, water break, go through little course, water break, swing and fall in a foam pit. For a 45 min class, two water breaks were unnecessary. The teachers all seem like high school age. They didnt learn any gymnastics skills except for the one class where they actually got to practice the balance beam. No somersaults, tumbling, etc. Very disappointing. Also the facility smells mildewy and sweaty; the upstairs (where parents can sit and watch) doesnt have enough chairs for the parents and the chairs all seem like they are going to break underneath you at any moment.

The woman who runs the office, Tracey has absolutely no customer service skills. She is rude and her communication is terrible. Response time to emails is SLOW, yet she expects responses to her emails immediately. Glad we never OFFICIALLY joined this gym. Spent 3 months communicating and visiting this gym and unfortunately it was a complete waste of time.
