First, I will like to start off with customer service is key. Today I sent my husband in to cancel my membership because I am now pregnant; prior to this we had a mediocre experience writing about 1 hour in a half to become a member. But this isnt the reason why I am writing today, the reason is because I had the discontent of speaking to a gentleman named Carlos. I was surprised that I had to pay a cancellation fee of 58.00, so I asked why his response was "well if you didnt take the time out of and read the contract you were signing thats not my problem." Can you imagine calling a place and being spoken to in that manner I then told him I wasnt told I had to pay the fee and he replied with " well I cant help you if you want to wait 2 hours and call back my boss will be here then." As a person that has worked over 5 years in customer service my mouth dropped! He wasnt compassionate he just didnt care about what I had to say. Let me tell you something I will call the "boss" and ask him why I wasnt told I had to pay a cancellation fee when I clearly asked the wmployee working that day if I had too. If it came down to me paying a fee I will gladly pay it; so that I dont have to speak with Carlos or anyone else from this planet fitness at that! I am soo disgusted with the service I received and I will never recommend planet fitness in Hanover to anyone!

I like planet fitness as a whole and would give that 4 stars because it is open for 24 hours and any schedule works. BUT I wish they did have a couple of other things. Like maybe some yoga balls, a rope, and bosu balls. I love using those when I get a workout using my own body weight. Also I wish this planet had the same tanning beds as the planet fitness in West Allentown. I have to drive almost 30 minutes to use a better tanning bed. I know it sounds like a first world problem but I just wish they were the same so I can get the same experience without having to go so far. Thats why I give this planet in particular 3 stars. Because I feel it really lacks when put up against the other sites.

I love this gym me & my husband joined for the new year, sighning up was a quick .the staff is really nice great customer service they greet you when entering and when you leave i have no complaints other than not everyone wipes down the equipment after using them other than that .great gym.

Remodeled, nice, but just surface. New staff, good move! Someone (finally) cleaned the shower stalls, floors as white as the day they were repainted in the remodeling. Please tell them "Good Job!", and keep it up!

Its a great place to workout its really a nonjudgemental place. Noone cares how you look its friendly great machine to use. There no problem I highly recommend this place
