If you are looking for a gym in Dover, DE. you need to go to Dover gym yesterday and sign up! Tons of weight lifting equipment, cardio, events, and most badass boxing room I have ever had the pleasure of working out in! The actual owners of the gym are always around, and they couldnt be more genuinely cool people. It has the best vibe out of any gym I have ever been to, Im telling ya folks!!!!
