I have two children that attend La Petite full time plus a 3rd who attends during summer time (school age). What can I say about this facility? It is the best. I trust the teachers there and feel confident my children are safe and in good hands. I am very comfortable with the staff and everyone there is extremely caring; they truly love their work and the kids they care for. That is very hard to find in a day care. I am so happy and thankful that I have such wonderful caregivers for my children. Location is great, hours are good but most of all the staff is what makes it wonderful. These individuals all work extremely hard to take care of each and every child making them feel special and loved. If you are looking for a great day care I would highly recommend La Petite in Altamonte Springs.

After 6 months home it was time for me to return to work and we loved La Petite when we went and looked at it. We wanted to send our son there and asked if they would allow us to use cloth diapers. We have been successfully cloth diapering since he was 5 weeks old and had 2 other area daycares say it was fine. The Director said she had to look into it and to check back a few days later. When I went back in she told me they couldnt because of State Regulations. Honestly I was very upset because I pulled State Regulations, they allow daycares to use cloth diapers. I felt it was her way of saying we dont want to use them, and was shocked she lied to me regarding regulations. Overall we ended up with another daycare that allows us to use cloth diapers.

While my family does enjoy La Petite and their staff, we will be looking elsewhere for summer care this year, as the cost is getting to be a bit much. I understand having to raise costs each year, but $100 more a month compared to last summer is too much of an increase, in my opinion. Putting that aside, we do love the staff and the facility itself. My kids are always bringing home cute crafts, the teachers are wonderful, and I have no worries about the safety of the kids while they are at the daycare.

My son was almost 2 when we started looking for a daycare for him. We had tours scheduled at two different daycares and we ended up choosing this one. The directors are amazing. We felt so welcomed during our tour, there was no way we would choose any other school. Within the first week, the teachers knew us by name. My son is now 4 1/2 and he loves it here. His teachers are all amazing! They all really care about each child. I recommend this facility whenever I get a chance. I truly love it here.

I am very particular about where I leave my two year old son. This place is awesome and the staff amazing. I am very happy I chose La Petite Academy. My son loves going there and is making such progress. I never have an issue leaving him behind because he is always so will to stay. Thank you Mary for running such a great establishment with loving teachers. You have exceeded my expectations 110%. Jonahs mom :)

We have been going to this La Petite since Oct 2007. My oldest graduated from VPK in 2009 & my youngest will graduate this year. He doesn’t want to leave La Petite because of how wonderful everyone is. The teachers are dedicated to the academic side as well as be very attentive to the children’s needs. Not only is it a loving and inviting center but it is also safe and clean.

My now 10 month year old son has been going here for 6 months now and the staff is so amazing. The place is clean, sanitized and everything washed consistently and I know this for a fact. This is a great daycare and the director really cares about the children, staff and families.
