Once you go Primrose you never look back!!!! We have two children in this school and absolutely love it!!!!!! In the first two weeks of our children being at this school a humongous change in their disposition and vocabulary was noticed. The staff from management to the teachers are helpful and sweet. The cook and teachers who are not with my children even knows us by name! A free class was offered to us from the school on working with our children regarding issues from tantrums to communication at a childs level. Both off our children are excited to go to school and always happy when we arrive. I can go on and on and on! The only thing we regret is not being aware of this school when our daughter was younger. She is behind in some areas and we strongly believe she would not be if she had started at Primrose when she was younger. Our Family Loves this School!!!!!!

Three of our children attended this school and two are still attending. They have the best curriculum and teachers of any other child care school in the area. Their "camp primrose" summer camp is by far the most exciting camp for kids over the summer. No boring days sitting around in the park or sitting inside for 8 hours. Our children went on field trips almost every day! Hands on learning. They could not stop talking about all of the things they did thriughout the day. It will be sad when they move on to elementary school. But at least we can continue to bring them to summer camp. We were happy to have Primrose join our community and offer a much needed gift to our children. Keep doing what you are doing Primrose. And parents if you are thinking about starting daycare or switching then visit the school and meet the owners. You will be impressed!

We continue to be very satisfied with the growth and development of our children since enrolling with Primrose in early 2011. We have been saddened to see some friendly faces go over time but we know that it is typical. We truly feel that the curriculum works in this school because the teachers also are vested in it. We have toured other schools, not because we are unhappy, we just want to ensure we are offering our children the best options. While touring other schools we see their gimmicks, and we see straight through them. We dont care if you have a touch screen computer, or that you use smart boards, or have a ball pit. We care that our children are nurtured and we are seeing education outcomes. We are confident that we will continue to see those things at Primrose of Lake Mary Heathrow.

More like 1.5 stars because I have slightly above hate for this place. Read the reviews from the other school of the same franchise because a good number of staff came from there.. They run it military style. A majority of the workers are overworked (unhappy). They will switch teachers on your children day after day to keep ratios in check. My last straw came the day I saw one child in a set of twins (on their second day there) crying for several minutes yet not 1 of the 2 teachers in the room picked him up, they offered no emotional support to the most tender of beings :-( One even smiled at me like nothing was wrong. Never went back after that.

This school is great. My daughter has been with them for 7 months now, and has really enjoyed it. The teachers are amazing, and the owners are great. Havent seen any turnover in the classes that our daughter has been in. These people really care! The building is also amazing! We looked at many schools before picking this one, and have been very happy with our decision.

Best daycare we have ever been at. Our kids were in the infant room and 2-3 year old room. Everyone truly cares about the kids and its all the little things they do that makes a difference. It is both a great nurturing and learning environment. Unfortunately we moved to a different city but we definitely miss this school and great teachers. Highly recommend.

Love love love the school. I have sent my now 8 year old son here since he was 2. Amazing school , great curriculum , caring teachers and above all love the owners Mr & Mrs Boesch. Cant think of sending my 9 month old daughter anywhere else but here. Thank you for just being there for the kids. We love you guys!
