ifixYouri was hired to repair the USB Charging Port on a Samsung S3 on a recent Friday morning. I was told it would be ready by Monday morning, so I showed up at noon on Monday. They advised me that it was still not complete, so I picked it up around 6pm on Monday. That evening I noticed that neither microphone was working, so I immediately took it back in. Devin, the manager, immediately admitted that he had failed to properly shield and protect the board when he was repairing the USB port which resulted in alcohol spreading to other parts of the mainboard (it should be noted that the microphones are on opposite ends of the phone. How they both went bad is still a question). Thus they had to replace both microphones (one at the top and one at the bottom of the phone). I waited an additional 48 hours for this repair. I then picked it up and on the way home noticed that the auto rotate feature of the phone was not working. Devin said it was the accelerometer/gyroscope that was broken, although he denied it was the result of any of the work they did since the accelerometer was on the opposite side of the phone from the USB charging port. It was just “happenstance” that it went bad when they were repairing my phone. Nevertheless he offered to repair it at no charge, admitting that THEY WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE PHONE if they were unsuccessful. The attempt failed and Devin consulted with “upper management” who decided that they never said they’d replace it. I then attempted to re-load Supra e-key application on the phone. This app crashed when I attempted to open it. Supra advised me to check my memory card for adequate space. It was then that I noticed that my memory card was not installed in the phone. I called ifixYouri and Devin claimed that my 32gb memory card was not installed when I gave them the phone. Upon replacing it with a new card I attempted to reload Supra e-key and it still would not work as it did before ifixYouri attempted any repair. So I bought an identical phone from Best Buy and all applications immediately worked upon installation. Needless to say I’m EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH ifixYouri’s services. I’ve presented this review as factually as I can in order for the reader to make their own judgment of the services provided.

Usually I dont trust bringing my iPhone anywhere other then Apple or AT&T. Until the first time I had my first iPhone 5c and they charged me 250 (under insurance) plan! To replace the whole damn phone when I popped the screen out the first time. Today very frustrated and over worked I dropped my 5c down the stairs and once again the screen popped out dramatic me started crying (who needs to pay that much money to get a phone fixed?!) since I work in downtown Orlando and get home off the altamonte exit I decided to give Ifixyouri a shot. Right when I walked in NICK came around the corner and I knew he was going to rescue my day and job! (As I have client emails thru my cell) he was very professional, very nice, and gave me some pricing. As soon as I explained to him that the screen itself wasnt cracked its just not in its write place he told me to give him five minutes. Not even five minutes later he did some miracle work on my phone and everything was perfect again, the home button worked, texting, everything!! When I asked how much I owed he said I owed nothing!! He really did fix my phone and my day! I will never be going to Apple again as they made me pay for a damn brand new phone that was just like this incident. I recommend Ifixyouri in Altamonte to anyone who has issues with their iPhone. I can only speak for my 5C but Im sure they will do miracle work on any apply products! Company is great and so are the employees!! Thank you so much Nick! You really did make my dad and credit card super happy and I love the new case I bought there as well :)

An absolutely atrocious company for any device other than an iPhone, even then I would still go right across the street to Cell Phone Repair. They priced me at 250$ to order the part for my phone, which is understandable because it was a glass and digitizer combination, and they promised it would be in within 3-7 business days. Ok, still understandable. After 7 business days I called them and they said the part was in but they were unable to fix it today "due to other android phones and tablets being ahead of mine". Thats ok, at least they had the part in but I told them I would be in the next day around 3 oclock and they said it should be done. I went there at the time I stated and not only was my phone not fixed, but the part they ordered was for the wrong phone. Again another 3-5 (this time 5 not 7) business days. They ordered the part for the nexus 4, a phone that isnt even in production any more and is over a year outdated. Fine, Ill wait the 5 days. I waited and called them after the 5 days was up (this was a bit past 2 weeks since they first ordered the part) and all they said was it would still be another 3-7 days. I told them that was ridiculous and took my phone right across 436 to Cell Phone Repair and they quoted me at 50 dollars cheaper, a maximum waiting time of 5 days, the phone would be fixed the same day the part was received, AND a warranty on the part for 60 days. I will not ever visit iFixYouri again and I advise no other sane human being to either when there are cheaper and better services literally a stones throw away.

Great service. Friendly people. Nice vibe. Fast. But TERRIBLE at fixing screens. They had my phone screen done in a matter of 30 minutes while I shopped around the mall. The next day, my IPhone screen stopped working when I touched it. Wouldnt connect and lagged very bad. Afterwards the screen cracked without even touching it. They do a VERY cheap job and then charge $100+. My phone just got worse within the week of me getting the screen fixed. I eventually had to buy a new IPhone. If you want a $5 job done on your phone screen, get it done from a place that charges $5, not $100! I will never go here to get ANYTHING fixed. Its not the staff or vibe of the place that is bad - it is the way they fix things...very cheaply! I wouldnt be writing this review if I didnt feel it was needed. If they charged me a cheaper price for the cheap work they did, I wouldnt be here. But I rightfully did not get what my money was worth done on my phone. Go elsewhere if you have an expensive phone with a cracked screen, because this is not the place. (Unless money isnt an issue for you and you have no problem purchasing another $800 phone.)

The team at the Altamonte Springs location was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. What more could you ask for? I had a cracked screen glass and on/off button that was FUBAR. These guys not only did a great job replacing both, they completed the repair in the stated time and at a reasonable cost. When I first went in a few days ago Patrick assured me they could handle the screen repair in 1 hr. I walked in on a Saturday morning and now the on/off button needed repair. Argh! I asked Justin to add the replacement of the button along with the screen/glass and, as stated by him, I had my working and looking like new iPhone back in my possession within the prescribed time. GREAT JOB and GREAT SERVICE! I am the SE Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest companies in the United States. This is the same level of professional service I demand of my team. Nice to see there is more than one company with their sights set on excellence in customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional fix to a bothersome iPhone problem.
