This Man is the best phone repair man in the entire Orlando/Kissimmee area. I had my brand new Galaxy 5 in my handbag for months because I didnt want to pay the $200 deductible my phone insurance company wanted me to pay. I check a couple of places for quotes, but I wasnt satisfied with the fee. My friends sister told me to stop by 1-Phone Repair and ask for Carlos to ask him for a quote. Finally one day I was on I92 in Kissimmee and stopped by. I can assure you when he gave me the quote I was so happy I immediately told him to fix it because I didnt want him to change the price because it was just that great! On top of that my phone was finish in about 45 minutes. I was very impressed with his repair and customer service and I would highly recommend any one to go to him even if you have to drive from Orange or Polk county!!

This company was heaven sent. After only a year of owning the iPhone 5s my battery life started to decline. My charge wouldnt last longer than a few hours before the phone would shut off. Also I was having problems with the off button on the top, this all occurred before iPhone made a recall on that defect. I found 1Phone Repair and they quickly resolved my problems. Within a short time frame I got my battery changed and the off button fixed. The service they provided was quick and it sure beat the prices Apple was quoting me to fix the issue. Apple quoted me $300.00 to fix the button problem alone and 1Phone Repair provided me with both services at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy with the overall service that I got my husbands battery swapped as well. It feels like we have new phones.

I am SO GRATEFUL for the owner and his repair shop!! I went to three other repair shops and they ALL said they could not fix my phone. I came here and the owner fixed it for CHEAP!!! He saved all of my business contacts and much more!! On top of that he went above and beyond after fixing my phone he took time out of his day to transfer over all of my files from my old phone to my now working phone all due to Carlos!!! THANK YOU CARLOS EVERYONE ASK FOR CARLOS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE!! DONE RIGHT AND CHEAP AND HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

Nothing! Extremely disappointed and a waste of money! These people are so unprofessional that all they do is blame it on each other. I went in to fixed my cracked screen on 2 phones and my ipad, after getting a price for it, they wanted to change it to a higher price. They didnt fix the ipad, and they fixed my phone but now its open and the led screen doesnt work when pressing buttons or sliding to answer call or txt or do anything. Rip off!!

Worst experience ever, there priced way to high and they rip people off they dont care about you they care about taking your money I honestly dont know how they are 5 stars ur better off doing it yourself or going to a flea market I brung my phone in and they said when they opened it that I had to buy all these parts that was not broken when I went into there the first time DONT GO THERE THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!!!!

This was my first time here and carlos was great! I had a broken charger port on my galaxy s6 and my phone would not fast charge anymore. He replaced the charger port and did an amazing job. Did not take him long at all and showed me everything he was doing. My phone is in great condition now and charges fast. Price was great also. Glad to have came across this place. Thanks carlos!

Carlos is Amaaaazing. Me changer port was broken. When I called all around Orlando, I was told 3 to 4 business days before the part could be ordered and 3 or more hours to fix. I googled phone repair shops in Kissimmee and thats how I found Carlos. He fixed my phone for the low low and in under 45 minutes. I will only go to him for all of my electronic repairs from now on

+⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my 1st but DEFINITELY not my last time here!! Besides being professional & knowledgeable about the phone repair business, Carlos & Charliee made me feel like family!! Amazing service from start to finish! I would recommend them to anyone went in dropped off my phone for what geeks squad was going to charge me $150 for and my phone was fixed a half hour later for only $35 dollars. I had came in with my cracked 6s where at tmobile they were charging me a huge price. I call in at 1phone repair telling me he can do it and the price was the best i can find! This practically was a steal you know and the job came out totally good. I reslly suggest this place in all of central Florida.

This is our Familys Cellphone repair go 2 Guy. Carlos is very experienced and has fixed over 4 people phone in our family. His prices are awesome and a far less than an insurance deductible. The best thing is you will have your phone fixed the same day!!
