I took my iPhone 5s in for a battery. Service at the counter was good, price was good. When I picked it up I pointed out that the touch screen now had pressure points, or prizm like spots when I pushed down on it in certain places. The counter man said that is a common after effect when changing a battery. He said they may have failed to remove all the old glue before reinstalling the new battery and it created high spots or pressure points. Hmmm.....okay, well the phone works fine but he guaranteed me it would not effect the phone. So I decided to bring in my sons laptop for a CPU fan. I had recently repaired the hinge on the lid and told him that. I asked him to call me with an estimate. 24 hours later, I called them, I had not heard from them. He informed me that they would not work on it because I had already worked on it myself and they do not follow behind other peoples work. If that is the policy, why did he take it in? Why wouldnt he have said that when I dropped it off. Then when I picked it up, they told me they didnt work on it because it had a black screen. WHAT???? It worked fine when I dropped it off. My son uses it every day! There was nothing wrong with that laptop other than it needed a fan. They claimed to have not done anything to it, said they turned it on and saw a black screen so they did not work on it. If that is true, why did the counter man tell me they declined working on it because some one else had already worked on it? Something is not making sense and I think they are not being honest. We took our laptop home. My husband took it apart, found the problem with the fan and fixed the black screen problem. Somehow the video card was unplugged? Now how did that happen? I dont think every one is being honest at this place. I would not recommend this shop.

I called in early December because I had an Ipod Classic with a battery that needed replacing. I had a terrible time trying to get it fixed since it is an older device that is no longer supported in many places. The guy who talked to me was very nice and believed he had the right kind of battery for the device and was going to order it. I was elated! I made it clear more than once that I was not in the area but would be a couple days before Christmas and to make sure it would not be a problem to hold it until then. I wanted it for a road trip. The guy assured me they would put my name on it and it would not be a problem. I am sure you know where this is going...Yep I arrived on the day we talked about in plenty of time for them to work on it that day since he said they would need 2-3 hours to fix originally. When I arrived they could not find me in the system or the battery he supposedly ordered. While I am sure it is not the fault of the one who assisted me that day, he made it clear I was supposed to put down a deposit (something I would have done but was never asked of me). He could only apologize and say the guy was probably new. Not my problem and now essentially I was screwed!! I was leaving the next day. There was literally nothing they could do to help me and I had planned on this fix for weeks.

I was so let down as far as customer loyalty - literally my feelings are hurt. Gave me inaccurate info when I asked specific question. Thats not the bad part. The bad part is they would not take the case back and exchange for a different type! I have gone here anytime with a new phone or i pad etc because I trusted their advice. I would tell them about my specific product and needs and pay extra $ (instead of ordering on Amazon) for case or glass covering. Anytime my 3 sons or friends phone is damaged I send them there. Not again. I went in with my new I phone 6s to get a case that would protect it well. My only concern is I dont hear well. The individual who helped me recommended the life proof case and said it used to be hard for people to hear when called from it but that the problem no longer existed with the newer case. I trusted him - I bought it. First three calls no one could hear me. I took it back They would not trade it out for a different type case...only the same case. Well, that does no good - folks still can not hear me. I am OK with being inconvienienced by taking it back. I am shocked they would not work with me. :( I have lived in area for years.... I will pass my opinion on.

I took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced and they told me that I would get a 90 day warranty. When I went back to pick it up, they had replaced the screen, but told me they found evidence of water damage so they couldnt give me the warranty. Conveniently, the guy who fixed my phone wasnt there to tell me any details. I dont know, maybe somehow it did have some water damage, but Ive never spilled water on it and my sister before me said she never got it wet, so I find it hard to believe. Everything worked perfectly fine before I took it in. Only the screen was cracked. They should have at least called me to tell me this before they finished fixing it. My only choice then was to accept and pay for it or let them put the old screen back on, which would probably be in worse condition now than when I brought it in... UPDATE: The manager called and told me I could actually use the 90-day warranty if something were to go wrong. Apparently there was a miscommunication. I was originally told they couldnt give it to me at all due to "company policy" because of the "evidence of water damage." Hopefully I wont even need the warranty.

TWO THUMBS UP! this place is amazing. I broke my iPhone 6 and then dropped in water. The guy up front was new I think and said it would take up to two days if they could fix it. I wasnt upset with them I was just very upset since I use my phone for my business and have a very busy life with two kids. This made me get a little emotional. Jason heard this from the back and came to help. He promised to take care of my issue personally and was sorry I was having a bad day. He said he cant guarantee a speedy repair if any but I had came to the right place. He called me in what it seemed just a couple hours with a happy guess what!? He got my phone working again and even gave me a 10% discount because I was having such a rough time. When I picked it up Jason made sure to come ask me if my day has gotten any better and to make use it does from here on out :) I recommend this place to all families with broken cell phones.
