I have used their service in the past, and had been reasonably satisfied with their cell phone repair. This time I had a TV and game console diagnosed by them. They told me with the famjng console that it was the power supply. They were willing to order the part, but it would be $50 and 3-5 business days. I looked on Amazon for one that was $30 and 2 day shipping. So, I elected to order it myself. When I got the console back, and the part had come in, the console was still dead. I had to take it to another shop, and they were up front in saying that its probably just dead, but would still look at it. Just wasted time and money on that power supply. Now the tv went pretty smooth, except they aost forgot to give me my remote back. When I got home, I realized they didnt give me my power cord to the tv. I had to drive all the way back. The guy handed me a cord and said it has to be it, because thats the one not labeled. I was skeptical, because the prongs looked different (mine was 2 pronged, not 3). So I had my kids send me a photo of the back to make sure. Sure enough, wrong cord. I went back inside and he found 2 cords and had to guess which one from the pic matched. If no one was home, that wouldve been my third trip back to get all of my stuff. The people are super nice and friendly, and thats why I gave them 2 stars. But, not sure they would be my first option next time.

I was a walk in appointment. Told them what was wrong with my phone, said theyd see the part in question merely needed cleaning or if it was a deeper issue. Came back within 10 minutes with the issue identified which confirmed what I had suspected for a while now. Told them to go ahead and fix the phone, as I needed my headphone jack to work properly. The employee went to work on the phone. People started pouring in to the shop, and since he was the only person there he could not work on my phone while people kept coming in. Once my phone was done I was offered a $10 discount due to having to wait. I hadnt complained once about the wait time, and I understand a job can be a handful when theres a million things for one person to do. Needless to say, very impressed with the service and quality of the repair.

I usually head down to Gators with friends after work for a few wings during the week. This day however, those delicious wings would have to be put on hold. As I was exiting my car, my iPhone 4s slipped out of my pocket and cracked the screen against the cold, barren road. I was upset. I saw the Fix Stop sign and heading inside to see if they could do iPhone repair. They could, in fact, it was their specialty. I left my phone with them while I ran over to Gators to finally enjoy those glorious wings and returned to see my cracked screen fixed! In all seriousness, would definitely recommend. Really helpful and super nice. I didnt want to be without my phone for a day while I waited for it to get repaired, so having it back so fast, was incredible.

Worst expirience Ive ever come across in a business location. I paid almost 200$ For my phone to get fixed - which they did. Then they informed me that there was 30 day warranty and gave me no paperwork on the matter and when I came back in 2 days later they said they wouldnt cover the warranty. Honestly, I would tell anyone who needs there phone fixed to take your business elsewhere or to someplace more legitimate and with better customer service, instead of a place that just wants more money instead of building a customer base.

I went in because I accidentally washed my phone in the washer. I was up too early and disoriented. I brought my phone in for a free look at my phone. I agreed to have them run it through the sonicator (for a $50 fee) to see if the chips and battery were damaged. They were upfront about their costs and even gave me a 10% discount! At the end, the phone was dead (which I think is why they gave me the discount) but I suspected it, I just wanted to be sure before I paid for my $250 deductible. Great customer service!

Took my laptop in for a diagnostic since noticed the hinge was starting to fall apart. Came in with my laptop opened and told them to be careful since the hinge was starting to come apart. Came back after the diagnostic was finished and the hinge was almost completely of the base of my laptop and their price was 2X the top range they had given me before, which wouldve been fine had they not completely finished destroying the hinge. Completely unacceptable.

Excellent service. I took my computer to another shop and was told that it would take $ 300 to fix my computer touch screen. The guy barely looked at the computer and told me to just get another one. I went to publix one day, drove by the shop and decided to give those guys a try. They determined that It would cost $130 to fix the scree or they can disable the touch screen for $30. What a difference! I would definitely recommend this place.

Their strengths is replacing screen on smartphones but when I took my laptop for a simple hinge repair, it later turned into the computer not working at all, and them trying to change my motherboard 3X and replacing the battery and NONE of it worked to get it going again. They gave up. Im still waiting to be refunded which was told was on its way. Also I sent an email to a Julio who never got back with me.

Abraham sold me a I-Phone 4S since my HTC Black screen was just too expensive to repair. It has been almost 2 years and the little I-Phone 4S has been super reliable. The technician was helpful, answered the phone promptly when I called ahead, greeted me at the door quickly and my phone was fixed in 20 minutes! Everywhere else I called told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. The store is in a safe area and my phone is working perfectly. I am happy with my experience.

I used and recommended this place many times, especially for computers. They fixed a computer for 40$ when some other shop said it cannot be fixed. They fixed another friends computer for half the price compared to other places. I also know that they have a good offer on iphone screen replacements.

Honest people, very friendly but you have to wait for ever for them to get back with you. After waiting for 2 days to fix some electronics, I had to call another company. I hope that they take the customers calls more seriously or at least clearly decline the service call. (time is money)
