Service - 4/5 Friendliness - 5/5 Professionalism - 5/5 Expertise - 0.5/5 Takeaway - 3.5 -- This place treated me very well. Courtesy, respect & honor were displayed in abundance. However, they did not meet two of their own deadlines which I found appalling. Furthermore, they were unable to solve my PC problems. They misidentified a hardware problem as a software problem and misidentified the architecture of my PC. I even told them what was wrong from the beginning, the BIOS chip, but they did not regard this tip which was given to me by a hardware specialist with a degree in computer sciences who knows his stuff. All I wanted was a simple hardware fix, but they really dropped the ball. Frankly, if your PC repair is a softball issue like malware, registry, junk files, slow starts, system instability, etc., theyll probably do you wonderfully. If you have a complicated problem, they probably arent skilled enough... yet. I can see that they want to do well and I have respect for them. Dont write them off--theyre a good business. But then again... if your problem is crazy, this probably isnt the right place for your PC.

Unsatisfactory/Not at all acceptable. Took a desktop in that was infected by a virus - paid their bench fee and $200. for the virus to be removed and to have years and years of photos recovered. After it remaining there for a week am finally told there is no way to recover the photos. Thru a friend we contacted another repair shop (out of state) who simply said to us - Get the computer back and give us a call. We did that and remotely within three hours they were able to recover ALL of the photos and remove the virus. Strongly advise people to stay away - far away from Computer CPR.

Brought my Laptop to them for a charging issue. They had it for 4 days and said it was fixed. The demo I received in the office ( 5 minutes ) when picking it up , certainly made it seem like the issue was repaired. Upon arriving home and using it for around a half an hour , the problem resurfaced . I did not have to pay anything besides a $49 non refundable bench check fee , but the re-occurrence of the problem made even that fee too much. I did not take the computer back to them again as my faith in their service was shaken. Would not recommend ...

John and Shawna offers outstanding customer service, reliable products ,and services and is located in the heart of Rock Hill. Love their new location which makes their business stellar above the rest. They also accessories for your mobile devices. Also if they do not have it in store. Their staff will provide additional options. It was awesome working with them last year. They also cleaned up my Mac! Definitely will be back for more electronic needs!

Cared more about trying to overcharge and recommend unnecessary pricey upgrades than doing quality work. Customer service person thought a power supply was measured in gigabytes. Technicians gave conflicting advice and didnt showcase a thorough knowledge of computer repair. Avoid like the plague if you care about your machine or wallet.
