**DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I dropped off a TV and was quoted $120 by Miguel to fix the part. When I told him the price did not meet my satisfaction and I would just buy a new TV, he asked what I would pay. I originally said $75. He told me to bring in $80 cash. I said OK and hung up. After thinking about it (literally 3 minutes), I called back (his employee answered) and said never mind and that I would be by to pick up the TV (unfixed). The employee told me ok, no problem. A few minutes later I receive a call back from this employee telling me two different stories. First, that Miguel had taken the TV to fix it at another store. I asked for the other store’s phone number which could not be provided. The employee put me on hold for several minutes before he came back and said the TV was already fixed and that I owed $80. Finding it hard to believe that a TV was repaired within 3 minutes, I asked him to have Miguel call me back. Miguel called me back a few minutes later and proceeded to scream at me and threaten me to come pick up the TV with $80 cash or a court order. Shocked by this treatment, I asked him to calm down and lower his voice. He then told me I could pick up the TV for $60 cash or a court order. I showed up the next day with a cop and $60 cash. I will NEVER return to this store and I would NEVER recommend this place of business to ANYONE. I don’t know how he has managed to stay in business for as long as he has. Honesty is always the best policy. This business would have much better reviews if they weren’t trying to constantly rip people off. Very sad and disappointing that a business owner would treat paying customers this way.

The absolute worst business/ customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Quoted $60 for a no parts fix and then was asked for almost double @$100. They kept my tv for over a week before anyone was able to even look at it. Then when I disagreed to pay the $100 because I felt asking $40 more than the quote, was unbelievable and fishy . I couldnt believe my ears. Sergio, the apparent owner, used curse words in Spanish over the phone about me thinking I didnt understand his language, which I clearly did. He also hung up the phone on me during a conversation, like a child would. Who does that? What business owner treats clients like that? Its severely unprofessional and beyond disbelief. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DIGNITY & MONEY with this outfit. Just look at these reviews. Im not alone. lol

I dropped off my plasma TV which is about 4 years old. We had a surge in the house and it was having some issues. After a few days for them to diagnose the problem they gave me a call and said the main board was out. They said it would be basically better for me to just get a new TV because it would be just as expensive to repair it...."if they could even find the parts". They kept asking if I wanted to come pick it up or leave it there for them to "recycle" it, which seemed a bit fishy. I picked up the TV brought it to a different repair place, which said it shouldnt be a problem to fix. A couple hundred dollars and my plasma is working again. The whole situation on top of them not even able to repair it seemed a bit shady.

El que nos atendió (jesus Torres) lo hizo de mala gana, fue grosero y con muy mala actitud, llevamos un tv para reparar y después dijo que ya no tenía el tv y tuvimos que aceptar otro que él tenía.

Couldnt afford to pickup my tv...it actually took me 2 months but I was in contact withe the manager the whole time and told him my financial set back but he can rest assure I would pickup the tv. I went today to pick it up and the manager said he sold my mothers tv. What ever you do if you will do business with this company be careful. I despise this place!

What an amazing computer repair store (they also fix TVs). We brought a laptop in at 2 pm, and took it home, fixed, before 7 pm the same day. The associate explained alternative solutions clearly and patiently. I will be happy to bring other problems to this store.

I went at 10:30am and the OPEN sign was on but the door was locked. The phone # on the door is to an individual that has no idea what is going on and the phone # on the sign above the door is not being answered. Very bad business. I will never return.

I am very pleased with the attention in this store. I took my TV Samsung 55 inch for repair and did an amazing job . My TV looks like new. Thank you. I highly recommend this store .
