After breaking my phone, my heart was as broken as my screen. I decided to take it to Computer Doctors, where they replaced the screen for $100. Now I thought "Hmm.. thats a bit pricey for a screen, I can take it to iTech and get it done for $50, what is the difference here?" So I asked, and here was my response: "We use Apples original parts to guarantee that everything works perfect and to minimize any issues you have in the future, our screen replacements ALSO come with warranties, so IF the part has a defect that shows within the time period of the warranty, we will replace it for absolutely free!" So, after hearing this, knowing that this was obviously the right choice, I got my phone repaired here. My heart has been unbroken thanks to Justin at Computer Doctors!

Recently took my computer there to be repaired. They told me they had some problems getting it fixed and needed more time after 1 month went by and I hadnt herd anything from anybody I went back to the store only to my horror to find out that they had accidenty sent my computer to be SCRAPPED!!!!!! yes scrapped!!!!! years of pictures documents and business gone. Memories and personal info disapeared never to be seen again. If you value your computer keep it as far away from this place as possible. In the end they accually had the gall to say it was my fault.

I lost everything on my business computer. I ignorantly did not have a proper backbup. I was so upset and had no idea what I was going to do. Justin saved the day, he was able to recover everything!!!! He went out of his way to make sure every I lost was found and even stayed after hours to make sure I had it back in time for a very important deadline I had to meet. I am forever grateful, and will defiantly use this company again! Thank you Justin!!!!

Off the charts helpful on multiple occasions. The absolute truth is Im a low tech redneck. The IT guy for my + 1000 employee company couldnt get my old phone to update to my new phone...Computer Doctors did it in a nano-second.....Im back in the game effective thanks to them ! sign me ....CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!

These people dont know the meaning of the words "customer service" or "customer relations". They sold me a faulty computer and when it broke they wouldnt give me a refund. My advice to you is: if you want a new computer or a computer repaired go someplace else.
