I was unhappy with the entire experience. I found the shop using a Google search for iPhone repair near me. I like to support small local businesses and though Id give them a try. They made me pay for the product before any service was done to the phone. I was told the part needed would arrive in 3 to 4 business days. On the 6th day I called Alex about the status of the part. He informed me that the part had still not arrived and that he would just pick up a new screen from his supplier that day in order to get my phone fixed in a timely manner. He told me he would call me back that day (Friday) or Saturday. He did neither. He also failed to call me the following Monday. I went to his store on Tuesday to tell him I wanted me money back if the part didnt arrive. It was 1010 and he wasnt there. The shop was suppose to open at 1000. I called him with the contact number I had and he informed me that the screen did arrive over the weekend and was unsure why he didnt call and inform me of the status. He told me he wouldnt arrive until 1100. I left and went back to the store at 1100. And the sign still read closed. At around 1105 he turned the closed sign over from inside and I went in to get my phone fixed. I saw him smoking a Black & Mild at the back door. He finished his drag and met me at the front of the store. He told me he was getting ready to break into a Surface Tablet and that it would be 2 hours before my phone was fixed. This was upsetting news, but I told him that was fine and I would be back by 1600 to pick up the phone. At 1300 when the phone should have been done he called to tell me he couldnt fix the screen since there was water damage. I find this alarming since the phone wasnt ever in water. I am actually questioning if the damage happened after he opened the phone. Or possibly intentionally wetting the water indicator so he wouldnt have to fix the phone. There is no apparent or perceived water damage to the device besides the water damage indicator inside the phone. I went back to the store to pick up the phone and he told me he would issue a refund for my transaction, but that it would take 5 to 7 days to get the funds back on my card. I remained cordial and stayed calm during all of our interactions. Heres how things could have been different. If the screens are that common for him to need for repairs, why not just stock the parts? If he cant stock the parts, why do I have to pay in advance. Most places will just order the part and inform you when they arrive and only ask for payment when services are completed. He should have done as promised and called me back on Friday or Saturday and done whatever possible to fix my phone in a more timely manner. Especially since I already paid in advance. I wasnt asking for anything free, just what I paid for. In the end, he still didnt fix my phone. Its also my understanding that if anyone opens the phone besides Apple it voids the warranty, so his excuse about voiding the warranty seems invalid. Earlier today when I went to his shop at 1000 there was another customer claiming she came by on Monday and no one was at the shop during her two attempts that day. Honestly, I wasnt surprised. I guess thats what you get when you try to help out local seemingly honest businesses sometimes. I would not recommend doing business at this shop. Now Ill just wait to get my funds back. Hopefully I dont run into any further issues.

The guy is never there. Says they open at 10am. I waited til 1030a. Still no show. Thats during the week. I went on a Saturday 4x throughout the day and no one there. If u can actually catch Alex hes really good. The hard part is him actually being in the store during whats posted as open business hours.

Great Service! The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even showed me cool features about my phone I didnt even know about. Had my Samsung Galaxy Note fixed in less then an hour. Great price and my phone is looking new again. .

I traveled to 5 different shops from Orlando to Kissimmee. All shops told me it could not be done. I went here last and this was the only equiped place to solder a new charging port om my Google Nexus Tablet. I will be coming back with another tablet for sure.

Went here to fix my tablet about 8months ago. He said he was having my part shipped and he would call me and let me know whats up. Well, still havent heard anything. I also called a couple times and stopped by there in the mean time. Bad customer service
