We put in an offer on a property & our agent received an acceptance email the next day. Then Joel Brumbach calls the day after that saying that he wasnt feeling well & didnt read the offer or some other bogus story. He declined our offer after telling us that it was accepted. Very unprofessional move & we will avoid all properties associated with him and his firm at all costs. I will make sure that every person we know does the same. Do not negotiate with this guy via email, get everything in writing with a signature.

Tralonda Davis left her business card on the table at the restaurant that I work as a server after her and her colleagues treated me like garbage. Not okay. Great way to treat someone who was being nothing but polite to you and trying to help. Not buying a house, but when I am, I wont purchase through you guys. If your looking for genuine helpful service and people, you should consider a different realtors. This lady is rude and scary
