Kerin is amazing. After living in New York for nearly 50 years, my husband and I decided Florida was were we wanted to spend our golden years. Buying a house in 2016 is a lot different from when we purchased our first home in 1975. We dealt with 3 agents from various agencies prior to finding Kerin. Some of those agents were lazy and very difficult to work with. Others totally lied to us. Upon the recommendation of another, we reached out to Kerin. He was a gift from God. Not only did Kerin work his tail off to find us exactly what we were looking for, he was easy to work with and honest. He looked out for us. After dealing with agents who only looked out for themselves - it was easy to see the difference. He was there to answer our questions any time of day. In fact, he was there to answer the calls from our children whenever they had a concern or question. Moving was a big deal for us and Kerin really made it a pleasure. He was in constant contact wherever we were. His email communication was flawless and the were able to do most of the paperwork electronically when we werent in Florida. Kerin really is as good as it gets! It really was a pleasure working with him. He will not disappoint you!

I just moved here to Summerfield in less than a year and I had the pleasure of meeting Kerin at the cornhole tournament he hosted a few months ago. It was a great time and met alot of great people and he gave away 2 flat screen TVs , not to mention a liquor package for a bonus event, which unfortunately I didnt win. Since that day, and using the Nextdoor app, I have seen how Kerin is so actively involved with the community! I have heard some pretty rough stories about realtors, and the over all process of buying a house. Thankfully that was not the case for me. Kerin knows how to talk to people. He asks the right questions. He makes sure his client is taken care of 100%. I never felt my best interest wasnt the top priority. He didnt push me to hurry up, just to get a sale. I took my time and he was patient and understanding of that. He got me a wonderful house at a great price. I couldnt reccomened him enough. He is the realtor every time should use. There was not one time in the entire process that he didnt respond to me immediately. I dont even think he ever missed a call from me. Hes passionate about this and it shows.

Kerin truly is amazing at what he does! - READ THIS - I was actually sitting at a restaurant complain about how no one ever answers their phone "I am a new buyer and was looking for a Realtor to help me with the Process" Someone over heard me talking and recommended that I call KerinRealty. I gave it a shot and he answered the phone right away and took the time to talk to me right then and there.
