We, my wife, Debbie, and I, consider it a privilege to write a review for Fred Franks, our realtor when we relocated to Ocala. As we began our search for our new home, we contacted many realtors. Fred Franks is the only one who responded. We told him what we wanted: size, price and location. After many visits to homes, Fred showed us just what we wanted. Wonderful. Not only, did he find the home we wanted, he has a wealth of knowledge about Ocala. He provided us with the name and number of folks who could help us with some changes we wanted to make to our new home. Fred continues to stay in contact and is always willing to help us. It is an understatement to say Fred went over and beyond his role as a realtor. He is an asset to Ocala Real Estate Agents.

Fred Franks is awesome!! He has gone above and beyond with helping my family and I find our first home. Fred has answered every call and has responded quickly with any questions that we had. even the lil bumps we had come accross he went above and beyond finding solutions. Our best part is all though your located in Ocala you came to Inverness to show us several places and kept returning till we found the one, which we greatly appreciated. Fred was an incredible help to us. We threw him a curve ball and decided to purchase a home while we were deployed in Antarctica. One can only imagine the challenges that Fred faced with finding us a home, checking out neighborhoods, video taping interiors and conveying that information to us - all via email and phone calls from 10,000 miles and 16 time zones away. Dealing with a real estate agent always gave me the hives,..that is until I met an agent in,Ocala,a,Mr. Fredrick Franks. This gentleman(and I do mean Gentleman) renewed my faith in an industry I believed was self serving. He went above and beyond the call of Duty to assist my wife and I,not only with finding our ream home but,familiarizing us with the area we knew little about.Id intended renting an automobile as immediately as we landed and this man,instead,placed himself at our disposal making it easier look at our surroundings while riding as opposed to trying to find street signs.
